Thanks to the excellent location on coast and a short distance from the southern end of Maspalomas beach, it boasts magnificent views of the ocean and the beach. The grounds of the building include a swimming pool ideal for a relaxing day. The rest of the pools are located on the rooftop of the building and offers the chance to refresh yourself with views of the Atlantic Ocean. this space also features comfortable sun loungers and chill out spaces with cushions where guests can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks from the bar. Faro Lopesan Collection Hotel has 179 spacious and comfortable double rooms. All rooms include a double bed, shower, hair dryer, robe, writing desk, air conditioning, a 43” Smart TV, telephone, minibar, safety deposit box for rent, room service and balcony. Many rooms offer direct and lateral sea views.All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel offers a selection of hospitality services, from accommodation only to bed and breakfast and half board. Ok. Stayed here for a couple of nights and let me say it is grand ! So why only 3 stars, I hear you say. First of all the staff make this hotel and the food with the exception of the reception area. Very impersonal, more like strict business which make your welcome and check out very formal and clean..not a great experience. What is done badly; 1. Coffee on a morning 🤮🤮🤮 OMG go out and buy some teapots and coffee pots and use quality coffee not dishwater. I went out for coffee 7 times in three days due to the terrible coffee and why does everyone use coffee pods !!! What is wrong with a POT of coffee these days. 3. When a customer has a crap view like I did, put some green plants on the balcony it will detract from the crap view your customers have to look at. 4. Bring some seating into rest areas that don’t make you feel that you’re sat on the floor. Most of the seating in the bar area is really low and if you’re 6ft tall it is abit uncomfortable. Overall I would return for the food and the staff. The room which is really what you stay for needed distraction from the terrible view.
