Hotel Las Arenas Affiliated by Meliá

All the staff were great very friendly The Hotel was very clean .I liked the Decor of the room good walking shower comfortable bed good night’s sleep.The Room only had one seat could have had another for two people we had a side sea room.The food was excellent great breakfast with plenty of of choice.We enjoyed are holiday we will be back again .

Back again with the family, and on arrival we were greeted by a lot of the staff who we now regard as friends. The service we received is second to none Cleanliness is anazing , food is amazing. The proximity to all places on the costa del sol are on your doorstep. A must is the skybar at night with various entertainment and views to die for during the day. Can't wait to go back in October.

Small hotel, right on beachfront, perfect location. We were bed and breakfast. Dining hall small with average selection. Incredibly noisy if you go after 9am! Lots of staff rushing around clattering plates made for a not a very relaxing breakfast! I actually commented to one member of staff and he apologised as he seemed intent on smashing plates together and being as noisy as he possibly could! We had a broken clothes airer on balcony on arrival. We informed reception after arrival and they had it fixed in the short time we were out which we appreciated. Hotel was clean. Pool area very small we didn't use it. Not much atmosphere at bar area downstairs which again we didn't use. Rooftop bar was OK. We used it one evening and there wasn't any atmosphere as there wasn't really anyone there, perhaps it was too late in the Evening as it was around 12am so perhaps better earlier for sunset etc. Room was small. Balcony small. We had side sea view. Beautiful views. Too hot to sit in mind you between 6 and 8pm! Rooms cleaned daily. Had issue upon check out as we had breakfast at 8am getting picked up at 9am. Stopped our card on this morning before 9am ! So we had to ask reception to allow us back in to collect cases ! Not ideal as it was 830am on day of check out! Ideal base if you love the beach. Area of the beach opposite is incredibly busy seemed a very popular area and hotel with Spanish families. Sunbeds on beach very cheap at 14 euros for 2 beds and parasol. However the beach attendant has his own system for reserving the front row of sunbeds for people! Plenty of great shops and bars around the hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.
