Wonderful return stay after 8 years

We chose to come back after 8 years, because we loved it so much last time and wanted to experience this feeling again. Once more Palia Maria Eugenia was as good as we expected, the animation team was full of energy and very friendly and there was constantly something to do thanks to them. The whole hotel staff was welcoming especially Paloma who we knew from the first time we came. She’s always smiling, taking care of the residents and due to her positive manner she helped us feel at home. We would recommend this hotel to anyone

Amazing holiday

We stayed in premium. Rooms are lovely and modern with air con and rain fall walk in showers. They were cleaned daily and fresh towels given everyday. The premium pools are lovely and overlook the sea. We went down on an afternoon and always got sunbeds. The main pool is massive. We always got a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was lovely. Staff are very friendly. Our hotel door broke one night and the lovely technician came and fixed it straightaway. The beach is close enough to walk to either down the coastal path or quicker through town. There’s loads of shops and restaurants. We had a brilliant day out in the glass bottom boat from the beach. Would highly recommend and would go back.

What a lovely week

Lovely hotel set on top of cliff with steps and path round to an amazing bay. Hotel was great - our room was in the Premium block so we had access to two pools which were not accessed by everybody. Everything overlooked the sea - so many boats of all shapes and sizes travelled along. Food was good - plenty of it. Staff were very effective in clearing tables. They were also very good providing gluten free pasta and pizza for my granddaughter and son. Lots of different activities every day. Shops just across from the hotel selling souvenirs, clothes, food and a wide range of stuff. All inclusive - soft drinks, coffee and tea and alcohol available most of the day. Dinner in the evening was represented by a different country each night. Lovely fresh bread and rolls. Wide range of desserts. Vegetarian options limited and labels were not always clear - sometimes had to ask. But lots of salads and fruit and cheeses. Rooms were made up each day - sometimes we had to ask for cups and tea/coffee as they did not replace every day. But towels were replaced if we left on the floor - which was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived it was 2.30 and the receptionist gave us our bands straight away so we could grab some lunch, as it closed at 3. We were able to store our luggage whilst we went to eat, and then she checked us in afterwards! Brilliant service! Strongly recommend.

Tripadvisor Overview

Located in the south east of the island, in the heart of Calas de Mallorca , with a unsurpassable situation hanging on top of a cliff. The beach is only at 500m from the hotel. It is 63km far from the airport, and 67km from Palma. The hotel is established on a terrain of about 2 ha, having one of the most delightful sea views of the east coast of the island. In a 7 floors building, with 2 lifts, it offers 203 rooms (renovated 2015) totally equipped with complete bathroom, satellite TV, direct telephone, wifi access, safety box, balcony and air-conditioned.
