This is my second time in this hotel , the first time i was there , it was not really good , since this hotel is near to my friends , i booked it for the second time around , I have a late checked - in than usually time . upon check- in there had a problem with their systems globally as per 2 filipinas receptionists , i had a card keys on me but it useless , i have to wait for a minutes for some assistance from other staffs randomly , just to open my hotel room door which is really not comportable . o everytime i come and in . i have to passed by the reception area and waited for a minutes just to open my hotel room door again and again which is this unbothering too much . i waited for few hours just to make me feel comfortable ,when i was complaining in the reception area they have so many alibis , etc . i feel like something they were monitoring me or something i do not really know , because some other guests can access on their doors using by they key cards , so its has been actually questionable on my side , i had an access to my key cards around 9pm. Upon checked- out , I have to wait for some minutes once again just for checking the room as their protocols , housekeeping found a stain somewhere in my bed sheets . they told me its a coffee or something , since i am always out and i went back to my room around 6am in the morning , i dont have any idea what kind of stain it was . they wanted me to charge 180aed just for the small stain , which i dont know , they didnt show me that stain infront of me . and i didnt even use all the emenities except the towels , UNACCEPTABLE ! , JIREA in the receptionist is unproffessional and inconsiderate staffs , she has many alibis , explanations etc . which is i am not really convinced or satisfied on her explanations , i talked to the manager name : keerthi from india . she told me it cant be remove , and i asked her i will take it and washed it by myself she told me NO too . they didnt even showed me in actual what kind of stained it was . this is RIDICULOUS . i feel like its a scam or kinda modus . how come they charged me without a proper accusation . she didnt even considered me as i am a guests for the second time around and for what happened upon when i was checking - in . this is really unfair on my side . they weren't returned my 200ead deposit back willingly . they let me leave the hotel without settling the small matters which is not really actually a big problem nor a proper accusation with an actual evidence . i hope the management will make an actions about this . this is RIDICULOUS , UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE . !!!
