Worst hotel we ever encountered

Where do i start? We stay at Hyatt Regency Galleria to celebrate a birthday of 3 year old toddler and ended up completely a nightmare. Just intimate dinner for family and closest friend, and hotel staff came and harassing us to leave immediately not only our visitors but also us as a guest. If there is any complaint to us we will comply immediately that was adult and professional person do. (they don't even give us 1 hour to finish our dinner), how embarrassing to our family and friends. They call a police, see how they treat us. But thanks to police officer you handle the issue very well, he knows that we are right. Ended up staff apologizing to us as police advise, but the damaged has been done, you ruin our celebration. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The hotel seriously needs customer service training to Urmila, Ali and most specially to Ragesh, there behaviour is disrespectful and offensive, worst staff we ever encountered. - Never again - Do yourself a favor, don't stay here - Unprofessional staff - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Terrible bad services specially the security they had a bad attitude they should train a good manner on how to respect people and treat how a good service very poor and weak services i wish management replace a good one and train well. Same in other hotels which have a good reviews and deserve what they paid but here nothing i can say in good!

Very Rude Staff

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The night security guard and the manager were both very rude in how they spoke to us. Their behavior was not only disrespectful but also felt racially motivated, which made us feel harassed and unsafe. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that should prioritize guest comfort and respect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address these serious issues.

Our stay at Galleria Residence was nothing short of a nightmare. We were hoping for a joyful and memorable experience as we were celebrating our 3-year-old son’s birthday, but it quickly turned into one of the most distressing hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt discriminated against. The night manager, assistant manager, security, and even the morning manager treated us with shocking rudeness and arrogance. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly, unacceptable. Upon arriving at our apartment, the room was not cleaned properly, the microwave was broken, and the entire space smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We had to go out and buy air fresheners just to make it somewhat livable. Despite all of this, we tried to make the best of the situation. We invited our family – including children – for a small birthday dinner and cake-cutting in our apartment. Instead of being respectful or even reasonable, the staff began to harass us, banged on our doors, and even tried to forcefully enter. They threatened to call the police if we didn’t comply – all while our family and children were frightened and humiliated. When the police arrived, thankfully they acted professionally and calmly, unlike the hotel staff. After this terrifying incident, we couldn’t sleep, and decided to check out early, hoping to put the trauma behind us. But the problems didn’t end there. We waited in the lobby for hours just to collect our deposit. The duty manager approached us in an aggressive manner, insisting everything was our fault. On top of that, we were forced to pay extra charges for things we did not damage – like a broken chair and stained towel (which was used on the floor). This felt like yet another attempt to squeeze more money from us and continue the harassment. We have stayed in many high-end hotels around the world, and never – ever – have we experienced such racism, mistreatment, and lack of professionalism. What we endured here was more than poor service; it was humiliating and traumatic. We hope no one else ever has to go through what we did. Hospitality should be built on respect, fairness, and dignity – not on prejudice, arrogance, and intimidation. Extremely dissatisfied, extremely disappointed, and deeply traumatized.
