It was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with bright smiles. This resort was filled with a beautiful culture. I would go back and would love to spend more time here. I was extremely satisfied. I was extremely satisfied. Even though it's a resort, it was filled with so much culture. Unforgettable 70th Birthday Celebration – Exceptional Service by Pedro Hernandez!

Our family recently stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana to celebrate a 70th birthday, and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. A special thank you goes to Pedro Hernandez (Manager on Duty). Pedro went above and beyond to help us coordinate the details for our celebration, including a wonderful private dinner at Noodle & Thread. His communication was excellent, and he made sure every detail—from the decorations to the birthday cake—was handled with care and hospitality. The resort itself is stunning, but it is the high level of service and the kindness of staff like Pedro that will definitely bring us back. If you are planning a special event or just looking for a luxury getaway, I cannot recommend this resort enough. Thank you, Pedro, for making our family trip so memorable!

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is the absolute pinnacle of resorts. This was our second time staying at this resort and still remains the top of the list as it comes to Dominican Republic resorts; 5 stars doesn’t even provide enough justice for this incredible place. The staff at the Hyatt are amazing, welcoming, friendly, warm, and incredible to talk to. From having the pleasure of meeting and being graciously served by Guarionex in the buffet, to Mayreni and Jokatherine serving drinks at the pool, the food and beverage teams are unmatched. Diomedes, Alfred, Manuel, and Amado make it happen every single day on the entertainment team making sure there is something for everyone! Felix is the epitome of resort security, but with a vibrant smile and personality that makes you feel comfortable and safe. Eli assisted us with our bags on day 1, provided a coordination to one of the restaurants, and knew exactly when we needed our bags picked up from the room on day of checkout. Unmatched experience awaits you at the Hyatt Zilara in Cap Cana!!!

So worth it!!!!

It was awesome!! I came here with my family for a business trip, and we all loved it. The view and hotel are so beautiful. It had bars and even things for kids to do. It had everything we needed. The food was awesome and so were the drinks. The workers here were also very authentic and personable. My boy Wilson who was a worker here was by the pool and beach. He made sure we knew what the plans were for the days and made sure we had fun. He was an awesome guy!!
