Fantastic experience at Zilara Cap Cana. We previously stayed at Ziva and it was very busy, while now at Zilara we had an amazing time. Pools, beach, restaurants, club room were all great. Service was consistent everywhere and friendly, staff is amazing and overall, the best place in Dominican Republic. Bars were great, restaurant options are broad and have everything one wants to try. Pool service, pool bars always friendly and addressed our needs. We stayed in Oceanfront Club room, amazing. Clean, well serviced, beautiful ocean views and superb decor.

If you’re looking for an amazing trip—whether with family or just your special someone—Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Cap Cana is it! We stayed in Zilara, the adults-only section, but had full access to Ziva, the family resort, too. Both are just incredible. From our ocean view and waking up to the sunrise, to lounging in the pool with drink service at our chairs—it was perfection. We enjoyed kayaking, taking out the Hobie cat, snorkeling right off the beach, riding the waterslides, floating the lazy river, making amber necklaces, playing bingo, and so much more. The food was outstanding: breakfast at The Pier with made-to-order omelets; lobster, steak, and grilled pineapple poolside; steak with chimichurri at The Wave; lemon sorbet at The Wave; and coffee ice cream at the coffee bar. And the martinis—fantastic! The service here is truly next level. Towels were refreshed twice a day, beds turned down, and water and chocolates left at night. Our room was cleaned at least twice daily, and every staff member we met was kind, friendly, and eager to help. One staff member even insisted on carrying towels to the beach for me. Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Cap Cana is the perfect blend of beauty, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality.

Best experience ever on a vacation between myself and my wife

This hotel I tell you is top-of-the-line. I had the best time ever we were attended by the staff Manuel front entertainment, team and Hiro at the one cat bar was excellent. The man knows how to prepare drinks out of this world. I recommend anyone come in here, single as a couple best time ever. I would definitely recommend it and I will be here again.

Unforgettable Return to Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

We recently returned to Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana from July 3rd to July 9th, and once again, it was a truly special experience. We are incredibly thankful to all of the staff who helped us plan a little wedding celebration during our stay. A special thank you to the lovely lady in the Preferred Club lounge who helped me pick out the most beautiful flowers that were delivered just perfectly — I regret not catching her name, but her kindness meant so much. Everyone who participated in taking our pictures helped make the occasion even more memorable. We absolutely loved seeing Gilbert again — he took such great care of us, just like last time. And we were so delighted to see Johnathan as well — familiar faces like his made it feel like coming home. Thank you again to the amazing team at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. You made our return trip unforgettable.

We had such an amazing time at Hyatt Zilara! It was a great combination of relaxation and fun! There is always something to do at this resort. Whether we wanted to lounge by the pool or join in on an aqua bike class, there was always something going on. The entertainment team are the most fun and kind staff. Shoutout to Dio, Manuel, and Alfred who are part of the entertainment team and taught fun classes like Make & Take ( art and crafts which was my favorite), and more. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean on both the adult and family sides. All of the restaurants are amazing, my favorites were Waves and Journey. The gym is the best I have ever used at a resort. It is spacious, new, and has everything you need for any type of workout. The resort was memorable and we are already of thinking of coming back!
