Family fun at Ziva

Hotel was very clean. Food and dining was great, better than other all inclusive hotels I’ve been to in the past. Easy to have adult time with our child being entertained as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to return to this hotel.

Georges at swim up bar and the guy playing the piano in the One Eye Cat made the trip!! Getting into the room was a seamless time as well. We used the tranportation through the hotel and it was super easy. Scape park was fun for sure you can spend a couple of hours there and hold some baby goats at the end of the trip. French restraunt was the best spot. Waiter was tentative to all of our diary issues. Ezekiel one night just provided entertainment for us when it was raining at the bar and we loved it.

Had an amazing stay. The staff was super amazing and was my favorite part of the whole trip. Everyone was super attentive and welcoming and I would come back to the resort based on the staff soley. Two of my favorite places were the waterpark and the Chinola restaurant. The waterpark was amazing for people of all ages. The staff was super amazing from the lady at the front desk, all the lifeguards, to the food trucks. This is an amazing part of the resort and was a daily activity for my family. The Chinola restaurant was my favorite of both of the resorts. The food is amazing. Healthy but also tastes amazing. From the breakfast to dinner I was obsessed with this place. Carina the hostess was super amazing and welcoming. I loved walking in to see her everyday she was super sweet! The waiters Jonathan, Alexis, Daivinson, Luis, and Raul were all super amazing and attentive. They continuously checked on us and helped us with anything we needed. Patricio runs the place amazing and ill definitely be back to visit this restaurant. Overall I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be back. The resort was super clean and had a lot of activities to do. The staff alone was truly my favorite part. All the staff are truly amazing and wonderful people, everyone was super helpful, welcoming, and lovely.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We had a great time at the Hyatt Ziva. The resort is very beautiful and wasn’t crowded when we were there. The food was great and the pools were very nice. Our butler Martin J. was the best. He was very attentive and our kids loved him. Luis V. was great at the Cocoonz Bar, he was friendly and quick with the drinks. Our family had a lot of laughs and we made some great memories. The Hyatt Ziva quickly became one of our favorite vacation spots.

We had a lovely trip at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana! This is a very nice property and great for families. We booked at the Club level and enjoyed our butler, Martin Jimenez. Martin went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our vacation was perfect! He was so kind, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and checked in with us daily pool-side to see if he could assist us further. I will definitely go back! Every employee we encountered from housekeeping, room service, maintenance, bar tenders, servers and all were so so sweet and welcoming! This resort is well managed and very safe!
