Hotel Sabila is amazing! Especially the pool staff, Santiago and Carmela are excellent they look after everyone! We will definitely be coming back here as it’s a 5* plus holiday! Thank you to all for giving us wonderful memories.

Spotless hotel that is ideally placed with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very relaxing, the sun bed pre booking system is good as there is no rush and early get ups to reserve a sun bed. The booking is simple and easy to use, Carmela who works on the pool area is excellent and goes above and beyond to help and ensure that you enjoy your stay. This was our second stay and will more than likely not be our last.

Amazing Place

Stayed here in July for 10 nights after loving it so much last year. This time our daughter came with us so we had 2 rooms AI next to each other. Again we had the best time and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff are amazing here, always smiling and helpful. Special shout out to Camilla and Santiago for their amazing service at the pool booking sun beds which is the best way forward. No sun bed wars. Our daughter had her 24th birthday during our stay and we told them at breakfast. We took some birthday things and Clara the waitress decorated the table amazing. At lunch the staff sang happy birthday and gave her an amazing cake and bottle of bubbly. This was so kind and definitely made our day. Alexis, trainee at restaurant door was especially pleasant and we had great chats with this lovely young man. Entertainment good, loved Elton John and Michael Jackson tribute at pool was so good. Food and drinks first class, always something for everyone, we went out twice for meals just to have a look around but could have easily stayed inas choices were plentiful. Drinks amazing all branded. We loved the Verdejo wine and drank plenty. The bar lady in the lobby bar remembered us from last year, she was great and always came up straight away to serve us, she didn’t speak much English but always happy and smiling. All in all another amazing holiday and we will definitely 💯 be coming back.

Fantastic week.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and caring staff. Can't understand some of the negative reviews regarding staff as we thought they were brilliant. Very understanding regarding sun beds and restaurant table placing as I have mobility issues . This made life so much easier. We had a lovely pampered relaxing week. A special thank you to carmela. What an absolute star . 🌟 Our room was always spotless and could not have been better. The only negative was I didn't agree with the star prestige. Its a 5star hotel so everything should be standard as it wasn't a cheap holiday. The extra upgrade would gave made it very expensive.

Just returned from what i can say was a lovely family holiday. On arrival our luggage was taking away from us & we were greeted by Caroline with a welcome drink & a cloth to cool us down while she went through all we needed to know for our stay, we were gIven the option to upgrade to AI with a minimum of 2 days , which i can say was well worth it. Two different sitting times for breakfast & evening meal with a choice to choose which suits best. Rooms were very accomadating, roomy and beautiful. If ( Al ) you had free use of the mini bar in your room aswel which was topped up daily. Food was absolutely beautiful in buffet restaurant, in some stations you can see food been cooked to you requirement , always something there to have even for the picky eaters 😃. Loved the reservation app for sunbeds around pool area ( no need for the early mad rush), works really well.. Free pool towels available to use daily . Carmela & Santiago are always on hand to reserve beds for you & accomadate you if cant find a bed. If you dont arrive for your reserved bed by 10.45 it will be released. Pool bar/ staff for food & drinks was amazing , staff always walking around sunbeds aswel ordering drinks for you if required. Hotel is just Beautiful & All the staff at Sabila throughout are accomodating, super friendly & work extremely hard and are a credit to you's , i will defo reccomend this hotel to my friends & family and will be back when returning to costa adeje.
