Magical stay with the best staff.

Just the best hotel!! Massive thanks to the animation team, particularly Sofia, Andrea, Laura, Bruno and Mario. This was our second visit and they all remembered our children from last year and made them feel so special. The activities at star camp were super! The shows this year were great but we were disappointed not to experience the outdoor party at the roundabout this year - hopefully back next year?? We have already booked to come again. The hotel is in the best location, the setting is beautiful, the restaurant food is superb and the hotel is spotless! Well done to all staff as they really make you feel welcome. Thanks Anthelia for a magical stay and we are counting down the weeks until we return.

Brilliant location, brilliant staff and lots to keep us entertained. Have booked to return next year already. Michelle at the pool bar was so attentive and kept us well fed and watered throughout the fortnight.

What a wonderful wonderful place to stay! We are thankful that on our first stay in Tenerife we stayed at such a wonderful hotel with great staff. Visited in July with my wife and 15-year-old daughter for a post GCSE chill out. The hotel has an up market feel on arrival, albeit it's a more traditional design throughout. The hotel is well maintained as far as we can see, it is a very large facility though. Our room was a standard garden room at the end of the hotel and for a 5 star was in my view slightly below what we expected in terms of space, but it was functional and had everything we needed, but we've been to other 5* on the island that have better rooms as standard. The hotel has a few pools, and we settled around the salt water pool as there were fewer younger children around that area. The heated pool was more popular and suitable for the little ones. I've always admired the pool on previous visits to Adeje, and I have to say the views are some of the best around and a real plus. The staff around the pool were great and worked nonstop to ensure everyone had a drink or snack delivered to their loungers quickly. The hotel does have a sunbed reservation culture with people getting up early to reserve beds, so be warned. It is a large hotel that caters to all so there will be plenty of younger children around. We stayed B&B, the breakfast was nice, I've been to a couple of Iberostar hotels in Tenerife, and the breakfast seems pretty standard whichever hotel, regardless of rating. We caught a couple of evening shows, and they were both excellent, and the venue for evening shows is great, I was surprised it wasn't packed out. We like to go out in the evening and the access to Fanabe strip from the back of the hotel is really handy, location wise and views the hotel is really well situated with good access to Fanabe and El Duque. All in all, I'd say that like many hotels, it has its quirks, the staff were definitely 5* if not all aspects of the facility but I'd happily return, probably not in high season but all round we had a great stay.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel from the moment you arrive it’s 5 Star Treatment, all staff are attentive, friendly , helpful The Hotel is spotless, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Rooms cleaned daily, comfy beds, everything you could need in your room. We stayed bed and breakfast great selection of food. Marcel the waiter at the Pool is attentive and does a great job keeping everyone happy. Will be returning in the not to distant future.
