Very convenient place near the airport. Room was adequate and clean. Service was prompt. I ate at the bistro which was very good. A very short walk took me to the train where I reached the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Very friendly staff and a quiet safe area

A class Apart business experience as well good for family stay

A combination of stay for both business and family. It has been years of association and place to live in while in Dubai. In other words if I could say "It is a home, away from home" Rooms and facilities are great. The room service is also great. Of my nearly two weeks of stay, I had Mr. Sujith who was doing great housekeeping for my room to keep it absolute neat and clean. The proximity of Deira City Centre makes a great shopping experience too. Also to add here is the parking facility that ibis offers which can help in reducing the parking cost

sujith housekeeper always keeps room clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Good breakfast. Rooms very nice and spacious. Fast check in and check out. Good experience overall would recommend this hotel and it is close to metro station and a city centre

Excellent staff we loved the stay. The food is good. Location close to the mall, rooms are nice and clean. There is a park behind the hotel where you can have walks. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Pillows are fluffy bedding excellent. The staff is the best in Dubai. I love this visit.
