Centrally located little Gem of a Hotel

I have been staying at this Ibis since February for business and I am so glad I chose this hotel. The rooms are perfect for what they are… somewhere to sleep! All the staff here have been amazing from breakfast, thank you Matilda and Samual for the personal greetings and always smiling. So the front of desk staff to which nothing is a problem. Mobin in the bar in the evenings to the lady who cleans my room whose smile makes my day! There are many staff I meet daily but too many names to remember. So thank you all and keep up the great work you’re a great team and make the hotel what it is!

Quality hotel, with kind staff, we stayed in standard room, environment was quiet, the room was cleaned and tidy every day, it is a 5 minute walk to EMIRATES Mall and from all directions of the hotel you will find international restaurants. We booked our room with breakfast and Im so glad we did, as the restaurants have 2 sections one is vegan and the other contains everything in your mind, and sure you can eat from both sections, it seemed like a feast. Enjoyed it and I suggest you book a room with breakfast in this hotel as it will cost you same price if you eat from outside. Special thanks to all the people who welcomed us warmly and took the extra steps to make us happy in Eid time : GM Mr. Ghaith, and Mr Mena, Mr Ahmad, Mr retish and the housekeeping lady who do everything with such a beautiful smile.

I genuinely like everything about our stay at Ibis hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming especially Mr. Ahmad and the manager Mr Meena, who made our experience even more special. Also I deeply thanks Mr. Ghaith, who was humble enough to greet guests and listen to them and treated them like they are home and we are all special guest to the hotel. Our room was spotless, big, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding — full of variety, fresh, and delicious, easily comparable to what you'd expect in a luxury hotel. Despite being a 3 star hotel, the place and quality truly exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, it’ll be my go to place whenever I return to Dubai.

It’s was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are so clean and big, beds are extremely comfy, amazing shower pressure. Housekeeping staff are kind and always go the extra step to ensure your stay is great. Breakfast was fab., extremely tasty and international, they bring to you the finest cheese types and a wide range of food to choose from including things for vegans and vegetarians. Lifeguards on the poolside are also extremely helpful. The pool is a great temperature and sun loungers are in the sun all day. Excellent location 5 mins walking distance to Emirates Mall. This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting dubai. Finally, I must mention the management team of Mr Ghaith the general manager, and his team, they are so friendly and always find time to chat and offer assistance. This ethos of fantastic friendly service permeates down to all staff. Thank you IBIS staff, the key of this Hotel, the people who worked hard to create a 5 star service.
