IC Hotels Residence

We are a family of 5 and this was our first time to Turkey and absolutely loved this IC Green Palace hotel. The villas were very clean and comfortable and have their own villas pool which was excellent. We were all-inclusive and the hotel restaurants, food and service were all excellent and all the staff were lovely. The on-site water park was great fun and the beach was decent plus had a DJ which was cool. We booked massages and used the spa which we recommend. Only minor feedback point was much of the pools were 1m40cm which was a bit deep for our kids and as often the case there were never enough pool loungers at the main pool just where you want them! Overall this place is excelllent and we are planning to return. Well done team IC Green Palace.

I dont get on what basis people are rating this place at a 5 star!? .... clearly those people havent been on many a 5 star all-inclusive. We've been to Antalya (lara beach) on 6 ocaissions the last time being the 7th of July at the IC Green Palace and this was by far the worst hotel we've stayed at!! Miiiiiiles away from civilization ... the only inviting thing was the Lobby and the Turkish-iranian girl that worked the Bar. The Conciege staff were rude/unhelpfull the rooms were dated with dirty un-peeling floors, the food was very decent but poorly run by its staff which struggled to cope with the overwhelming numbers of rude Lebanese and Russian visitors which meant total carnage at meal times! ... the slides are off limits for kids (unless you'reTurkish) we had a pair of goggles and shorts stolen from where we were sitting which the hotel staff didnt seem to care about! And for the whole week we were unable to find sunloungers as this hotel only have a small amount to go round 30 times their numbers!! and even then irrespective of where you might get lucky you have the deafening sounds of Crickets all day and night!!! ... a total waste of money, totally heartbreaking to be honest! .... Loveholidays are partly to blame as they are plugging this place based on pictures 10 years ago!!! My honest advice is this ; ... avoid like the Plague, Book the Royal Wings!!!
