Ideal Prime Beach Hotel

I've gave 5 stars just for the hotel ,location, food,beach , everything is perfect. On the other hand, the staff, rude, non communicative, and most of them are men and we know muslim men around women, so when it comes to the hotel staff 1 star because I can't get any lower. Too bad about the location.

The hotel was great, no complaints. It was a nice basic room for family, the view was excellent and the food is surplus. It is right by the beach so a bonus, staff are nice and friendly and the food was really good no issues. We loved it all and thank you team

Easy access to beach and being able to walk on the promenade and other amenities was great. The room was quite small/bed standard double, but the beach views were lovely and the cleanliness was great. Food was good, a lot of choices, but they struggle to cater for special diets (no labels were available to display allergens etc.) The staff were friendly and the cafe/cake area was amazing with stunning views of the beach. The 2 outdoor pools were always overcrowded, sun loungers lined up like sardines, so we spent most of our time on the beach and used the indoor pool. Their hammam was very nice and sauna ( both free to use), massage you'll have to haggle but it was a good service. The evening entertainment was hit and miss, some excellent dancing and on an occasional evening nothing -just karaoke. I would recommend this hotel, but perhaps closer to the 4* mark, not 5.

We have just got back from a weeks stay at Prime Beach Hotel. We arrived after a very tiring day of travelling and early morning flight to get to a room that was dirty with rubbish outside the entrance of the room, finger prints allover the place and dirty footprints allover the floor (didn’t look like it had been cleaned). We immediately rang reception and they moved us to a new room, room was clean this time but beds are hard and would say a average room but for how much you are in the room we settled and continued on. The rooms are dated and could do with an update. We got given a bottle of champagne with fruit and a free cabana the very next day for the inconvenience of the room which we thought was a lovely gesture so thanks so much. If you are pool people you will need to get in a queue around 7:30-8am as they all run for the sun loungers which we found amusing. We never bothered to do this and settled for the beach which 9 times out of 10 you do get a sun lounger but you do have to hunt them down and we was only a family of 3. The beach was very clean with cleaners coming round to take all the rubbish. You do get locals coming round the beach selling items but it’s a rip off and I got the feeling the staff from the hotel weren’t best pleased so they do look after you very well. The food was lovely and so much to choose from, staff were ok but a bit miserable in the main restaurant. Big shout out to Ali in the snack bar, we couldn’t fault him, he was lovely and so attentive to our needs despite being very busy. The coffee was out of this world and we had one every morning and evening alongside the cake patisserie. If you are bring drinkers then it’s a perfect holiday for you (so many drunks). We wasn’t bring on the alcohol as we don’t really drink. I did become a fiancé while away so this hotel will always be a memory and the photographers are absolutely amazing and Deniz made my trip alongside the team of photographers. They were great. Thanks for being a special part. (They made my holiday). The shows/entertainment was average and never seemed to be much variety. Music was playing till 11pm at night which was not an issue for us. They do have a club on site which we never took a look at. Overall it was an average stay but the main thing is my daughter made some friends and enjoyed herself. If you like the hustle and bustle then it’s for you but it wasn’t for us so we won’t be returning to this hotel but thanks for everything as it wasn’t terrible but wasn’t what we expected.

We just got back from a week at the Prime Beach hotel. We had an amazing time. The hotel was beautiful, great facilities and very clean. There was a great variety of different foods on offer that were all delicious and catered for everyone, even fussy kids! AK and all of the staff there couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect 👌
