Amazing spa and very informative staff!

The spa is very nice 10/10 amazing treatments for a great price. Tolga and Ali were very helpful, fair and so kind when it came to arranging treatments and excursions. Enjoyed a 2hr long massage, facial, Hammam and a few other treatments! Lovely hotel but I wish the food had more flavour as it’s a bit bland for me. Overall great excursion options and great trip advisors, he was able to arrange us a car since we were a big group and helped us when it came to choosing the best places to go and buy things that we wanted.

Tolga was very helpful, polite and professional always very accommodating. All the staff here are very hospitable and lovely. The spa is amazing. Tolga also speaks English and will get you a great deal on the spa treatments Lots of food to.choose from - fresh grill each day. No complaints about this hotel during our stay.

Best hotel in Marmaras

We unfortunately booked our excursions on the hotel transfer bus. We were royally ripped off spending about three times as much as we could have paid if we had waited for the hotel team to make a deal/ offer. We went to one of the local baths as booked with the love holiday rep. Me and my partner walked in and walked straight back out asking to be taken back to our hotel. We visited the spa at the hotel and were greeted by Ali and Tolga who were very welcoming, not pushy and explained what was included as being guests at the hotel and what would be more. We booked in for the full works, sauna, Turkish bath with a traditional scrub, mud scrub and foam cleaning. We then had a full body and reflexology massage finished off with a facial and more foot work. We loved it so much we booked again for the following day for hot stone and deep tissue massages. The guys and girls at the Buddha spa within the prime beach hotel where all 10 to none! Would strongly recommend to anybody looking to come.

Great Holiday

Myself and my partner had a fantastic holiday here! The hotel is great and always very clean. There are a range of food options which we really enjoyed. We always like to try the Spas so we did! We felt very comfortable and welcomed by a worker named Tolga, he was very professional and gave us the information we needed to enjoy our spa day. It was a very relaxing experience thanks to Tolga. We will definitely be back!

Visted this hotel and really enjoyed it! We met tolga and had a treatment in the spa. He was so helpful and would deffo recommend.
