This hotel exceeded all my expectations, spotlessly clean super comfortable rooms no fighting for sunbeds, amazing massages in the spa. Far better than I expected thank you to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. I could not fault for this hotel.

Amazing holiday.

Just back from 12 nights at prime beach hotel and we had an amazing time. Room was huge, cleaned everyday and fridge restocked. Lovely sea view. Resort was always being cleaned. Food was great. A bit repetitive at the snack bar but it was delicious. Had no problems getting sunbeds though people do leave their towels down all day and you never see them which is ashame as takes up beds which I imagine would be a big issue in school holiday time. Poole are great. Kids loved the slides. Entertainment team are brilliant. Have so much time for the kids. Sinan in the restraunt is brilliant with the kids and such a kind man. Would definitely recommend and would definitely Come back

Amazing hotel

First family holiday abroad and can not fault prime beach hotel it has been a great experience. Sinan aka Kevin from restaurant waiter great with the guests treats you like you are part of his family. Ishmael and emrah from entertainment bar staff couldn’t do enough for you amazing staff, friendly and polite and also mustafa with the guest relations very friendly and any problems he’s your man he’ll get things sorted always greeting you with a smile and brings joy to anyone he speaks to would definitely would come back!!!!!
