Ideal Prime Beach Hotel

I had a really nice time and a big pool that was good to swim in and had a private beach it also had amazing food I can’t think of anything wrong with it and has its own market near some slides it also had lots of bars and shops nearby and had entertainment in the hotel with pubs and food also are in the hotel

Please don’t go here if you have any special dietary requirements. This hotel is unable, or more likely unwilling, to make any consideration for allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements. My email reply from them regarding food options (which they only answered when I got here) stated that  “Only allergen labeling is on hot food. Please also be advised that we are unable to provide allergen-specific meals or gluten-free products. For this reason, guests are kindly requested to manage their own dietary requirements during their stay”.  I was told on the first night by a senior member of staff that the pasta was fine only to be then offered creamy pesto or spaghetti bolognese. In fact I found out the next day that the pasta wasn’t vegan as it contained egg. Totally unacceptable when you feel you have been lied to in order to shut you up and get you out of the way. The barcodes haven’t got the correct information on them sometimes. Who has heard of baked beans having milk as an ingredient? Also be careful as the correct labels aren’t always where they should be. Ruth, the Tui rep, was fabulous at trying to help me with the food issues so thanks for at least trying. This hotel could be amazing. The views are incredible. It is dated and shabby but nothing that spending a bit of money couldn’t put right. Some of the staff need replacing as attitudes are questionable of some in the restaurant. Staff in the pool bar, reception and in the patisserie were amazing. Special thanks to Zeynep and Zac. This hotel is nowhere near a 4* as it doesn’t fulfill the requirements set by Tui in many ways. Think carefully if you are considering booking this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel, the hotel is spotless, the entertainment team were really good and really got to know you and encouraged you to get involved. Loved the beachfront position with lots of different places in and in the grounds of the hotel to sit and relax. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Bozan waiters in the pool bar and snack bar area who went above and beyond to make sure our glasses where never empty and to Mehmet in the dining room for his attention and jokes.

Perfect location ,right on the beach ,lots of shops and bars and restaurants just outside ,bus stop outside front of hotel, very cheap and gets you to wherever you need to go ,done nothing but laugh and enjoy myself from minute we arrived till minute we left ,the staff are just so friendly and make you so relaxed and make sure you constantly have a smile ,from reception staff ,bar staff ,entertainment team ,waiters, cleaners, spa staff ,and everyone else who works ther ,absolutely outstanding work from each of them ,so many to mention but mustafa the barman such a nice guy has been ther everytime we have stayed ( 5 times ) and always ther to offer a smile and make you laugh ,he has become a good friend as all off them have ,cafu the waiter also a lovely guy and friend now ,uzzy the head of entertainment had us laughing each and every day especially during the daily activities, from the morning darts game and afternoon activities and pool tournaments and beach volleyball these daily activities were nothing but laughing non stop and pure funny made your day ,anytime entertainment about it would brighten your day ,bingo each night and nightly entertainment was also entertaining amazing as ther was always a good show to look forward to and nice end of the day for some as the night club started each night from 11 till 1 in the morning so entertainment team always ther to put on a show for your enjoyment ,ally was another from food and beverage staff at the snack bar another guy who always smiling and looking out for you so your always relaxing and who was ther every night till 1 in the morning as he looked after the midnight snacks which was soup and filled rolls and different types of bread very nice when your peckish late at night ,ally always ther to make sure everyone looked after ,chico from the spa also a lovely fella always ther to offer a smile and joke and good deals fir the spa ,I used it 2 times for medical massages for my back and leg as i was suffering with my sciatica while ther ,if not for the spa don't think I would of Been able to enjoy my holiday ,the massage I got first time was great and was amazing and helped until I made the stupid mistake by going on the jet cars with my family which undid all the hard work the missus had did ,so went for 2nd medical massage and they helped me start enjoying holiday again, top class service from the spa ,my wife and daughters used it at least 5 each for different treatments and absolutely loved each thing they got ,I would definitely recommend paying it a visit as well worth the money ,just so many people to thank for making the holiday absolutely perfect top class job from every single person ,loved the beach as lovely view and just so relaxing, have to give the reception and mangers a special mention as they give us a free family cabana for the day and provided bottles of wine and drinks and lovely fruit platter for us everyone really enjoyed the experience so that's another thing I highly recommend trying ,just a massive thank you to absolutely everyone wo works at prime beach yous are all just amazing, the rooms are lovely and very clean ,they are cleaned daily by the most friendliest housekeeping staff ,each day they cleaned our room it would be a nice surprise when going back into room as they always left a fancy design made with the bedsheets on the bed and always done top class job ,these lady's work so hard to make sure you are nice and comfortable and have everything well cleaned and fridge stalked up whenever you want them to ,I always made sure to look after them with tips to show my gratitude and thanks for the hard work they do for you ,they really appreciated the tips and couldn't thank me enough each time but they never expect them of anyone ,our rooms was sea view on the top floor so gad no roof on the balcony so was amazing to come out to each morning and sea the breath taking view absolutely stunning, sun just shining down on you and just taking it in is the best feeling each morning which continues each day ,the food is amazing so much to choose from each day ,breakfast is lovely and lots to choose ,snack bar opens each day from 12 till 930 absolutely lovely pizzas are top class freshly cooked pastas ,gougons, burgers ,grill bar ,salad bar ,fries ,chicken ,plus lots more always perfectly cooked and done in front of you ,the restaurant opens at lunchtime till 230 and then again at 6 30 I think ,ther is just so much to choose from each night and and plenty to choose from just to much to write down ,deserts are beautiful and plenty to choose from ,the value you get for your money is totally unbelievable thers just so much this hotel has to offer that makes it perfect as they have everything covered from minute you arrive till you leave, they are ther for you 24 hours a day should you ever need help with anything and will sort any issues you have very quickly ,this is a paradise experience and is worth every single penny ,the people who look after you are working 8 -12 hour shifts some work longer and only earn up to £25 a day ,its not a must but I tipped as much as I could afford each day but always dine it as they deserve a lot more than what they get for making a person feel loved and looked after while you stay with them ,they say we are ther families while we stay ther and they mean it by the way they treat you and basically make you feel better about yourself and relaxed, this is my go to place for rest of my days and can't wait till I return hopefully sooner than I think ,top class service and 100% recommend ,this is amazing value for money and the best hotel and the best staff which defo will become your family and friends by the time you leave ,you will not be disappointed if you ever visit prime beach it is just paradise 😀
