3 Star at best, Nice pools and beach but staff ruin the experience, would not stay here again

Grounds, Beach and Pools were decent with plenty of chairs available at all times. F, Rooms were large and generally in good repair although were somewhat out dated. Service was a big disappointment especially since we upgrade to the Premium package. Very few staff spoke or understood even simple English phrases, only Spanish and some French therefore it was vey difficult to get simple things difficult to find. Food was okay but Items such as bacon, bananas, omelets were not available at this resort, Finding milk, butter etc, were always difficult to find or not available The Butler service was also a total waist of time. We arrived early in the morning so no one was available, Two days later we were finally hooked up to a Butler, (Smerling) He was suppose to show us around which he did not so it took us a few days to get find everything at the resort and when we asked for assistance he did not get back to us. We also missed out on most of the specialty dinning as we were too late to book since we found out days later that you had to prebook through their website. We have stayed in dozens of resort over the years, this was definitely our worst experience We will NOT go back the Impressive Premium Punta Cana. We were not IMPRESSED

Overpriced, Unhealthy, and Utterly Frustrating – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs

Absolutely disappointing experience. The hotel is a mess from top to bottom. The food is downright garbage—mostly cheap, greasy, heavily processed junk, with mayonnaise-laden “salads” and an overload of low-quality, sugar-packed desserts. The so-called “waiters” are basically just plate carriers who can barely communicate in English or French—even by Dominican standards, it’s bad. As for the restaurants, don’t be fooled—they’re just a dressed-up version of the buffet. They serve you the same reheated food, only now you get to waste even more time sitting around and waiting for it. The “premium” check-in? What a joke. One poor soul is expected to check in dozens of people, so unless you enjoy standing in line dead tired after your trip, watching other guests sip drinks while you’re stuck sweating it out and watching the sun disappear, don’t bother. Rooms don’t even have a kettle or a half-decent coffee maker. You’re left begging for the world’s slowest coffee machine to heat up and give you a sip of what tastes like disappointment after an hour. The beach? Fine, sure. Seaweed every day but at least they clean it up. Still, beaches in La Romana are way better. Honestly, this place is just a trap to make you spend money, gain weight, and wreck your health. Save yourself the misery—avoid this hotel at all costs.

Had a great experience staff was amazing the entertainment was great Mata de coco kept us busy and our house keeper Natalie kept me stocked up and they are the best! I will be coming back. Overall best experience ever. Hotels very clean everybody works so hard.
