Impressive Premium is the BEST choice!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but after reading mixed reviews prior to my trip, I had to share my experience. Our week was perfect!! I would definitely suggest getting "Premium" accommodations. It is worth the minimal additional upgrade charge for the extra benefits. ALL of the staff was wonderful! Special recognition to our butler Jobaylain. He was always helpful with every request!!! (Premium butler service will take care of just about any request). The activity directors were always high energy and fun, and there was a huge variety offered all day. The housekeepers couldn't have been better. Our room was always cleaned and restocked. The restaurant staff was always friendly and quick to serve. The groundskeepers never stopped, and the property was beautifully maintained. Wonderful top shelf drinks. The food was "good/very good", We liked all of the restaurants, and there was a great variety. Main buffet was massive, and had so many choices! It was typical buffet food, with hit or miss freshness, with most items being fine. Room service is included. It was hot and right on time. Nightly entertainment was always great. From the White Beach Party to the Circus Show, we enjoyed every night. The property is very close to the airport. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is cleaned everyday of any seaweed that floated in. It's nature and was never an issue. I'm sure the tropical, pool and beach view rooms were nice (our friends had tropical view) , but I think our beach front room had to be one of the best rooms on the island! It was steps from the beach! I will recommend this resort to anyone going to Punta Cana...and I did a lot of research comparing resort amenities and price, and it was also the BEST value!

Premium service not worth it

We upgraded to Premium. Not worth the money. Breakfast was always cold,as food was almost everywhere, Jacuzzi too small for two people. Had Kleenex our first day. Never replaced. Room service....don't bother. Either unavailable, late and always cold. First night the room we paid for in advance was not available. Took 5 hours the next day to get that settled. Positives, great drinks snd usually cold. Beach is beautiful and loungers are always available. Beautiful breeze. 5 lovely pools. Our room was beautiful. Overall rating is 3. You get tired of hot good being at best lukewarm most of the time. Our best team (5 stars) was the Mediterranean Restaurant. Staff was great. Food fantastic and all the right temperature

Dear all, I think it's important to know that this hotel manages to be top-tier mainly thanks to the people here! 🤗 The accommodation is excellent... large, clean rooms and top-notch security. In my opinion, it's definitely a 5-star hotel. While there is always room for improvement, I won't go into details here. 😎😬 ​I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Santo in particular. He is a true professional, always available, and the kind of person who gets everything done—no matter how demanding you might be as a tourist! He is simply wonderful! ​Beyond that, I cannot leave out Luna, a highly skilled manager ready to handle any request and solve any existing problem! I also want to mention the entertainment team, the bartenders, and even the security staff. My utmost respect to you all! 🫡🙏 ​About the hotel, I can tell you this: it's worth choosing for a truly relaxing vacation! I highly recommend the Premium package. 😎😉 ​Thank you to everyone!
