I stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall, it was a nice place, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. When I first arrived, I was exhausted from a long trip. At the reception, there was a lady (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) who was very helpful and assisted me with an early check-in. She was clearly doing her best to help everyone at that moment, unlike her colleague who didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I appreciated the effort of the first receptionist, especially in contrast to the unhelpful attitude of her coworker. The room itself was quite good. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was available whenever I requested it. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. However, the entertainment team’s activities around the pool were repetitive, and the same music was played every day. It would be nice to have more variety in the entertainment and music. Also, there weren’t enough cleaners around the pool area. There was only one person assigned, and sometimes it took a while to find them when needed. On a positive note, the towel service was good, although I once received a towel that didn’t seem properly washed. The seaside area, especially the sandy part, looked quite neglected. It definitely needs better care and regular maintenance. As for the food, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. The overall organization was poor, especially at the snack bar, where I had to wait in long queues. However, the chef who prepared the pide was very friendly, and the pide itself tasted great. The desserts, on the other hand, were extremely disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how a 5-star hotel could serve such low-quality desserts, even the chocolate sauce tasted cheap. The lunch and dinner menus were almost the same every day, which became repetitive. The drink dispensers (apple, pineapple, and cherry) were rarely refilled on time, and the drinks themselves tasted awful. These machines really need more frequent attention. In summary, the hotel has potential and could offer a great experience if certain areas are improved. Some of the staff should also show more passion and positivity in their work, as their negative attitude affects the overall atmosphere. Despite these issues, the stay was still enjoyable in many ways.
