We have just got back from a two week stay here and here is my honest review. The hotel in my opinion is not a five star hotel there is a lot that can be improved there , the water park leaves a lot to be desired and is very rundown found it strange that children area is up two flights of slippy tiled stairs and bigger slides are down stairs , snack bar in park also could do with a big clean equipment very grubby looking toilets not very clean , Chinese al la carte was very bad we sent all food back and on speaking to waiter he told us this happens every evening , main pool area is cleaned every evening and that snack area much better. Rooms clean and spacious but again areas to rooms could look better . Hotel catered for polish French and Turkish guests mostly . On the positive side we enjoyed our stay the food was typical all inclusive and had good choices , the Animation team where brilliant all worked really hard jimmy, pelin, cansu and Rose where extra fun and helpful to us and always went out of their way to involve us in everything we will miss them. Hotel itself again could do with some major improvements such as showers in the rooms leaked the door in our room was completely broken and constantly was setting off alarms because it didn’t close properly it looked as though the door had been previously kicked down and broken into One good thing we did enjoy was the rooms had a light system to show if you wanted rooms cleaned or not and door bell. Another thing that made our trip even better was Harry from Casablanca restaurant He is an absolute treasure to the Hotel and is absolutely amazing with all guests we made a great relationship with him and looked forward to seeing him by the pool every morning as well as the animation team. Overall we had a great time at Infinity By Yelken although there is definitely room for improvement such as safety at the Mini disco and show area being on the waterfront and only having rope to prevent children and guests falling into the water in such a dimly lit area and such an actively used area was definitely a factor of concern for us with travelling with kids. More slip mats around the pool area and overall cleanliness would make the world of difference in this resort In my opinion and from experience of staying in resorts all around the world including Kusadasi previously I would give Infinity by yelkin a 3 or 4 star rating definitely not a 5 sadly I’ve paid less for better quality hotels that have less star ratings.
