Hotel not very clean .food awful.staff in lobby bar very friendly. But reception very rude .try to book in for alcarte restaurant was told go down at 9.30 in the morning to book.when we got there at 9.30 was told it full booked .so did nt get the chance .went down a few times and got told same it full booked everytime .but you can only book on the day so doesn't make sense when you arrive at 9.30 and it full booked. Would not recommend this hotel. Been here for a week food and marks in stair all week not been cleaned . Food was always cold . Cabana rip-off no stair down to sea .waste off money

This hotel is definitely not 5 star. I've stayed in much better 3 stars! I was really looking forward to staying here as stayed in the locality before and expected it to be great but very disappointed. A 24 hr bar is never a good idea as it results in trouble which I encountered twice in the week. One resulting in police, ambulance, adults fighting, kids screaming! Sorry but no one needs that crap on holiday!! Hotel location is great with fantastic views but that's about it. Rooms decent and cleaned daily but restaurants, toilets and communal areas weren't clean!! Hotel staff not friendly or welcoming. Food average but cold a lot of the time and definitely not 5 star!!! Entertainment the usual crap! Take away 2 stars and this could pass as a 3 star but how it maintains 5 God only knows. Huge disappointment and won't be back.
