Bad start amazing finish!

Unfortunately we were advised 3 days before or stay that the hotel had to undergo maintenance repairs after severe bad weather. We were panicking as we had also booked extras like spa treatments and transfers. Konstantinos was amazing he found us an alternative room at the same price and similar quality. He then also kept his agreement by still getting us transfers to and from the hotel. He also organised spa treatments for us both at his cost. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel his service was amazing and we were so thankful.

My wife and I stayed at Infinity Suites & Dana Villas last summer, and it was truly an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. All the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful, making our stay even more special. What touched us the most was that they surprised us with a bottle of wine and beautiful flowers in our room, as they knew it was our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that meant a lot to us. The location of this place is absolutely amazing. Situated directly on the caldera, it offers one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen in my life. Everything about our stay was exceptional: the service, the location, the views, the hospitality, and the overall experience. You can truly feel that everyone working there genuinely cares about their guests. We will definitely return to this wonderful place one day, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Santorini.

Be careful before you book this hotel

Be careful before you book this hotel. Although the views from the hotel are beautiful, our room had ants and the HVAC system didn't work. There are also many steps to get down to your room and back up to street level. Our biggest disappointment was with hotel management. Our arrival into Santorini was delayed by one day due to high winds on the Aegean See. Dana Villas refused to refund the nightly rate for the day we were unable to stay. They kept putting me off and putting me off, now they don't even respond to emails. There are many hotels in Santorini with good views, I would not stay here.
