We stayed at Dana Villas & Infinity Suites for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, our last night completely changed our experience. When we returned from dinner around 10:45 PM, our room had an extremely strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We immediately contacted reception, but it took about 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were moved to another room, close to midnight. During that time, the room was simply not suitable to stay or sleep in. We had to move to another room in our pajamas just to get some sleep, while all of our belongings remained in the original room because it was our last night and moving everything at midnight was simply unrealistic. This was not the relaxing final evening we had paid for. The most disappointing part is what happened afterwards. We contacted the hotel requesting compensation for the lost night, but despite multiple emails, we have received no response at all. We understand that unexpected problems can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. Had the hotel acknowledged the situation and communicated with us afterwards, we would have had a very different impression. Sadly, because of the lack of customer service after our stay, we cannot recommend this hotel.
