Very disappointed, poor service

Im currently staying in this hotel, this is my 5th night, the level of service is poor. Breakfast is terrible, today we were told there are no eggs for breakfast. rooms are not cleaned properly, showers walls and glasses are dirty passages are not clean, stairways are dusty from the day i checked in, water in the shower is not cold.

The hotel was 8 years old. We chose the hotel because of its complete facilities: gym, pools, cafe, bar, and restaurant. We made the right choice; we were satisfied with the room setup, amenities, and all, the location was on the main road, with no jamming, and close to Jimbaran, Uluwatu, and Nusa Dua (via toll road).

COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!

Terrible hotel. Run down room, needs serious renovation. Bad location. Nothing nearby. Need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Nightly during my stay, small cockroaches would come out and crawl all over the room - side tables, floor, towels, my luggage, the bed and the wall. I reported it several times and the staff tried to disinfect but ineffective. I requested a concession or some type of rebate on my stay but they declined. I got a fruit plate but that was it. They don’t have the heart for customer service. Stay somewhere else. There’s thousands of other hotels that will treat you better. This place is cheap but they treat you cheaply also,

Hotel mewah bintang 4 di nusa dua terfavorit! Having welcome drink with friends at lobby is a truly delightful experience. Infinity suite room was elegant, was clean, comfortable, beautifully designed and the staff were professional. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience, but the thing that i like the most was the pool on the roof. The pool was clean and the view was great! theres a gym and the equipment is pretty complete. Also i love the breakfast, it has so many varieties! Breakfast on top of the roof is a great experience! Overall would love to go back there soon!
