This is the best hotel in Thailand We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms, the service, the food, everything was excellent. We were served by a waitress named Lisa, she is incredible at the lobby bar. The entire staff was very efficient, friendly, and attentive. Thank you all very much.

The overall experience was good, the service was friendly, and there was a dedicated app for communication. However, the response was not timely enough. The worst experience was the terrible service of the restaurant staff where I had breakfast, especially their attitude. I felt disrespected and their facial expressions were very unfriendly.

We loved our time at the InterContinental Koh Samui. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to look after us.
