Modern and relaxing

As I was only there for a couple nights and needed somewhere close to the airport, this hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Dubai. The service and food were excellent! The hotel concierge associate - Ruben, made my stay 5 star though! He was pleasant to deal with, super helpful and very kind 🙏🏼

It was a beautiful visit, full of comfort and respect from all the hotel staff. The cost was good for the services provided and the hotel's proximity to the airport. I recommend it as a family hotel with excellent quality. The staff at the front desk and room service were some of the best I have ever met.

Very friendly, informed, helpful, approachable staff. Great breakfast spread. Enough elevators, arrives within seconds. Maintenance staff very efficient. Well connected with outside world. Will repeat the stay next time in Dubai. Will spread the word to friends & family.

It was very nice to stay at the J5 Port Saeed. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was safe, clean and in a perfect location. It’s walking distance to a mall with many opportunities for shopping, eating, people watching, etc. My room over looked a beautiful Masjid. I especially want to say thank you to Reubin. If I spelled name wrong, I am sorry. He was so kind and patient with me and other guests that I saw him working with.
