Great Experian e but think twice if you are full time wheelchair user.

So…… Where to start as they say. We stayed at this resort as we had been previously back in 2007. Hotel was up to its normal excellence standards. The staff would beyond what you could expect, friendly and willing to help. We spent most of our time at the pool bar and we looked after by Lakmal. What an amazing chap he was. Looked after all of our needs extremely tentative always had a smile on his face. The food. As expected was excellent my wife and I ate mainly at the buffet in the main hotel and at the sports bar. Reason for this was a number of restaurants had steps to gain access and regrettably I am a full-time wheelchair user. this is something the hotel I think should’ve pointed out prior to us booking. Also, the wheelchair access to the Lakeview hotel was undergoing maintenance and therefore the restaurants and pool areas were out of bounds to me. Hotel offered shuttle service into Dubai to the main malls but again only accessible if you are able to walk. Generally, this was an amazing experience. We were extremely well looked after all our needs were catered for and the food and drink was excellent as always. We took the all-inclusive package which I think is the way to go. Paragraph, would we come back again? Yes, we would.

Another great holiday at JA. Massive thanks to Lakmal for looking after us all week at the pool bar with his fantastic service and also to Ganga/Bam and all the buggie team for always being available with a smile when we needed a lift. Thanks guys

We love this hotel, it is our go~to staycation and visit at least once a month. The location, amenities, beach, pools and most importantly the fabulous service from Lakmal and his friendlly personality, as well as the Director of Reservations makes my partner and I feel very special. Ja beach hotel heaven

We had an amazing time , we were upgraded to sea view all 6 of us which was lovely . The restaurant’s and bars were great , staff all so polite and freindly , room was great , pools and beach lovely , towel guy great ! We stayed before in palm tree court which amazing as well . All inclusive plus is a great option , Buffett was amazing lunch at thr captains bar and staff so helpful , evening meal Choices great we ate at the Smokin Gun and the Sette restaurant, fabulous meals .
