The hospitality at Japa was above and beyond expectations. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful, very gracious. The hotel room was clean and the bathroom amenities were excellent—especially the bath salts for the soaking tub. It was walking distance to several sites, close to the main road for shopping, but also felt like a hidden, quiet oasis once inside. We will certainly go back! 5 out of 5!!!

We spent 4 wonderful days at Japa Villa and Suites in the 2-bedroom villa, and it was absolute perfection from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Kencan and the entire team treated us with such warmth and care – we truly felt like family. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday, making it a beautifully memorable occasion we’ll never forget. The personal touches, kind gestures, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The villa itself was stunning – spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtful, and we felt relaxed and spoiled throughout our stay. The location is ideal – tucked away yet close to everything. A special shoutout to the food, especially the daily afternoon tea – absolutely delicious and such a lovely treat to look forward to. We honestly can’t recommend Japa Villa more highly. Everything – the people, the setting, the service – was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special!
