Great location super roof terrace and pool

Have stayed here a number of times as prefer the residential ambience of Colombo 7 (albeit there are shops cafes and restaurants within an easy walk) We take a corner studio room which has a kitchenette and washing machine which is great for a longer stay. The staff are fantastic as is the breakfast buffet - great Sri Lankan breakfast specialities and fresh fruit. Roof terrace is lovely for sunset drinks and brasserie style food. Great view of Colombo skyline. Lovely pool as well although there isn’t much shade during the day.

Great service at Jetwing Colombo 7!

Back again at Jetwing Colombo7. Must me my 7th visit?? Had planned to stay at another similar style hotel in Colombo this time, but was underwhelmed by the lack of welcome and personal service when we popped in for a drink. JC7 has consistently delivered on a fantastic welcome - Fazil and Herath in particular who greet you at the door and go out of their way to chat, assist and recommend places to visit. The rooftop staff are also wonderfully friendly, chatty and welcome you back with a warm smile every time. Big shout out to Dilshan (pictured), Dinesh, Rasen parabath - fantastic service!

Lovely Stay for Couples

Me and my wife stayed here from the 9th to 11th and it was a great experience. The breakfast had so much variety and we also had their buffet which a had a great spread, additionally we had high tea for 2 which was splendid. The food and service were exceptional, really felt like home. They took care of us and adjusting our stay on our last day which we are highly grateful for. Throughout our stay they were always willing to have a chat to check in on us. The room was spacious and very pretty, moreover housekeeping was so helpful, quick and fast. We came for 1 night and stayed 11 as a result of problems with air travel through the Middle East. All staff have been very helpful and it is apparent that the requirements of hotel guests are very important. Our room is very comfortable and good value. The hotel is well situated with good amenities. I recommend it.
