We booked 6 rooms we were a group of 12. The staff were friendly and helpful. Genuine readiness to help. The hotel itself is old and in need of a serious makeover. Linens old and almost rag liked. Got sheets changed one day and came in to see a big red stain on it which they call clean! During our say 6 if us got really sick from the food.. flies in the food.. had to call the doctor for IV drip. Could see rats running at night into the dining area. When you tell them to do the rooms they dont even mop the floor.. stains left on the floor for 11 days we stayed there. Same mop that mops the hallways get used into the rooms. Not a 4 star standard for sure. Plates and bowl cracked and still get utilised for guests… donyou have sn idea how many bacterias in cracked kitchenware? Seriously wouldnt recommend at all. Breakfast buffet really bad..

Very complicated hotel. Drinking water in a room must only 2 bottle. If you thirsty must buy or die. Year 2025 still like this?
