Nicest hotel in the area !

30 Jun 2025
Besides this one member of staff who checked my boyfriend and I in on reception and then proceeded to request me on Instagram (which I did not give to him) and then spam me with messages that I felt were inappropriate, I would really recommend this hotel as it was in the perfect location. The hotel is located on a main road full of different shops and bars, and a minute walk away from Marmaris Beach, which is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. Despite being on a main road, we weren’t kept up at night with much noise, only the occasional sound of a car going past. The hotel is opposite an Irish Bar called Tienes which I thoroughly recommend as the staff were unbelievably friendly and fun, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their night there. It is 2 for 1 cocktails and they were fairly strong so deffo worth a fiver each! The pool area was lovely, no need to rush stupidly early for sunbeds as the pool opens at 8am, and seemed to have a sunbed for everyone so there was never a rush in the mornings. Bedrooms were very spacious and clean, with a rainfall shower. Only thing I was disappointed in was the amount of stained towels we were given which I assume were clean but weren’t pleasant to look at or use at times. The food was delicious, serving foods such as different pasta dishes, mini homemade pizzas, curries, chicken and rice, lots of fruit and desserts, and overall plenty of options for different tastes. Their pesto pasta was the best I’ve ever had so would definitely recommend that. They also serve a later lunch by the poolside (around 2pm) in which they serve burgers, toasties, pasta, salads and fruit, for those who may not enjoy the buffet. They bring out an ice-cream stand at 4pm each day, giving out unlimited ice-creams with flavours such as pistachio, vanilla chocolate chip, chocolate, strawberry & caramel. Staff were really friendly and helpful (overall), and drinks were tasty. (There were a range of cocktails on the menu for all inclusive). More of a quieter/relaxed hotel than others with hotel reps/loud music at the pool. Would recommend for couples and families !

Would be 5 stars if not for the creep behind the desk

30 Jun 2025
I’ll start with the good things as there is a lot, we had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, it’s in a really good central location about a minute from the beach with plenty of bars and shops to go to. The hotel itself is very modern and clean (especially in comparison to many other hotels in the area). The food is good, not amazing but definitely good enough for you to not need to go elsewhere with plenty of options for everyone’s tastes. On top of this the staff (all but one) are extremely nice and very helpful, often engaging in conversation which gives the hotel a nice feel. Now moving onto the one downside of the hotel. The creep behind the desk, a few days into our holiday my girlfriend noticed she had a new follow request on Instagram, when she clicked on the account we realised it was the receptionist as we recognised him and he had the hotel in his bio, we found this extremely odd as he had not actually spoke to us other than checking us in, meaning he had taken her name from their system and looked it up, he then proceeded to request and unrequest her account throughout the trip, all while liking different pictures on her businesses account (which is public), then on our second to last day she received a message from him saying “does it bother you how closely I’ve been following you”, yes I know, WTF. This ultimately put a huge dampener on what had been a really good trip as we then felt extremely awkward in the hotel, having to see him. Once we left he proceeded to spam her with messages asking to speak to her, and when I requested him back, I was instantly blocked😂 I won’t name him as I’m currently in the process of reporting him through our booking company but if you are staying here keep an eye on him, he’s the short man with a receding hairline that doesn’t wear uniform for some reason. Ultimately I would recommend this hotel as 99% of it is great and I’m sure by the time you stay here the creep will have been sacked and you can have a peaceful holiday.

Not amazing but not all bad

If you book this hotel because it's all inclusive be aware it's not great. Choices are limited, not what you get from most all inclusive hotels and quality isn't great either. Soft drinks/beer are fine. Staff in the dining room are very nice, didnt find reception staff especially on check-in very welcoming. Sunbed situation was fine no mad rush to get up early for a bed. Air con and safe in room are free to use. The main reasons we booked this hotel were for it's location and it is over 16s only. The rooms are nice, and they are serviced daily and are very clean, space for 3 of us in the room was tight and storage was a slight issue but we managed, wasnt in the room mucj anyway, balcony's over the street are noisy. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. I would stay again because of location and the adult only but definitely wouldn't pay extra for all inclusive. There is a great supermarket across the road which we used and the local bus services all stop outside the door. A nice stay but not as an all inclusive hotel.

Great location but that's it

30 Jun 2025
2nd time in marmaris in 9 months and saw this hotel when out and about last September. Loved the location next to Irish bar , Popeyes fast food place and supermarket over road the last time we stayed near marina and too far away ..checked reviews on TA and were good so booked it through love holidays. For some reason it worked out cheaper to go half board than b & b for 10 nights roughly £850 each .. Arrived on the 12th around 1930 hrs quick unpack and see what food was like... Maybe because it was nearly 8pm but .. salad, few chips which looked hours old and some turkey type stew and somr salad i had salad . Mrs had some rice left the stew ... that was it, we went out and ate at the Brits pub and that was loverly. Breakfast time. Fingers crossed. Nope.. bright n early . No melon or grapefruit just a few apple, bananas, orange in a bowl . For a 4 star 1st time no fresh fruit selection, no croissants, honey , Nutella etc, no fresh orange, no muesli, etc I had a mocha the other half some toast and running jam and some dilute orange This was the daily occurrence. Odd time some pancakes maybe 3 times out of 10 not want you want to start the day. Ok if u wanted bolted eggs, salad and chips for breakfast which was on offer We tried a lunchtime to swop instead of the evening meal. Chips ok with some kind of burger but that was it , mrs not impressed so after that we ate out nightly. We've stayed in Egypt many times and food was way better than here. Loads of people from Jet 2 were all inclusive. This place is not an AI 4 star hotel. No entertainment on an evening, one small bar on an evening and not enough seating on a night , pity those who paid for AI, ideal for a b and b basis as location is perfect , you can eat and drink out either on the beachfront or the main strip. hotel we found pool was OK. Plenty of beds though umbrellas needed more and updating as a few were broken. Room on 5th floor our view outside when sat on the balcony was a wall, like looking at armley prison wall contemplating escape , and too hot to sit out to people watch Mrs had to stand and peer over the wall we had hot water which i know some recent reviews stated lack of. .the hotel staff- our cleaner were brill. A hug for us every day when she saw us out and about the hotel when we queried with reception why Mrs been charged £4 for a diet coke at the pool bar when I'd gone for a walk they just looked and said point out the one who did it. He wasn't there but Mrs said he pocketed the money when he walked from the bar. The cost for a coke should have been 50l they charged 200l.. I always check reviews before booking if we don't have a personal recommendation and it seems recent reviews show this hotel has gone down hill which is a shame , it looks the part from outside has a great location but sort the food out , dont fleece people and update some of the pool area and some rooms, ours was OK apart from some skirting hanging off and people may go back. But for many it will be a one time visit based on how it is now
