Given the 4.2 rating on Tripadvisor, my partner and I decided to go ahead with booking this hotel (despite some of the negative reviews). We visisted at the end of September 2025 for 7 nights. Upon arrival, our room was dirty, the skirting board dusty, hair in the shower and the room just overall lacking a good clean. The towels provided had an awful smell to them as if they had been dried right next to where food was cooking. The bed was rock solid, and we had only been provided with a thin sheet and one pillow each. The water in the bathroom was only warm pre 9am, anything after that was cold. We then had to request each day that our room was cleaned, this only actually happened on two occasions both of these being after 5pm. We had a room facing the main strip which we expected to be a little on the noisier side however it was extremely difficult to fall asleep every night. We had booked bed and breakfast for the duration of our stay , the first morning we went down and the food was inedible, the only saving grace was we fortunately hadn’t booked all inclusive, that was the only morning we went down for breakfast. Throughout the day, the main lobby smells awful from the food they are cooking. There is also a hotel representative that tries to get you to book through them as a reputable and trustworthy operator. Upon looking into this in further detail, it turned out they were just trying to charge double the price of others on the strip. This meeting was said to be essential in booking our return transfer in however, it was just used as an opportunity for them to try and sell to you. The only positives of the hotel was the location and the pool, however the sun loungers have definitely seen better days. My partner says that the only stars he saw were in the sky! This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel, please look around at others as the hotel plays a detrimental part in the tone of your stay in Marmaris.
