Jumeirah of old. Incredible trip!

Amazing! Like the Jumeirah of old. Have been visiting here for over 20 years. Used to visiting a few times every year but had a break since 2021 after a few consecutive poor visits. But i returned last week and it was amazing from start to finish and like the Jumeirah of old! All staff was friendly and attentive. The improvements are all impressive. Children had an amazing time . Cannot wait to turn with them in October. Great memories here with my late father and look forward to making many more with my family. I return on business later this month and think I’ll stay here then also now. Thankyou Jbh for an amazing holiday.

What Is an amazing Experience our kids had at kids club on this vacation it was the best thing the kids just wake up every morning and just ask to go to kids club it's really fun there also the place is very big and there is a lot of Varieties kids can have, every time when we go to pick them up from kids club they always have something like the craft they teach them to do there also at the family pool here is entertaining from kids club staff.. we really appreciate it. We would like to highlight about Mohamed ali , pieryam pojani and Sanjay.. they are very very lovely people.. we really recommend jumeirah beach hotel to families who want them kids have an amazing experience.

Just WOW!!!!

Wow wow and wow! What a place! From arriving at the Hotel from the airport to leaving to go home, we had the best experience. Marred only by the weather, which obviously the hotel have no control over! Dubai, already hot, decided to have a heatwave with temperatures hitting 50 degrees! However, the hotel kept it's residents as cool as possible inside and also by the pool. Constant deliveries of cold water to the sunbed, cold streams of water into the pool, just perfect.. So much to do and see at the resort, from the many restaurants, the souk market and boat trips! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, we will definitely be back.

Another year come and gone, and another annual trip to what is in our opinion the best hotel and destination in the world, the Jumeirah Beach hotel. It has everything, Amazing rooms, fantastic pools (and free access to Wild Wadi), a tremendous buffet with a brilliant selection of food every day, and of course a fabulous team of staff who cater for your every need. The service at the hotel is an absolute standout from anywhere else we’ve ever been. Special mention this year to our housekeeping team of Yasin and his helper, Torezzal?? (I’m so sorry I forgot how to spell your name). Also Rasel who was excellent too. Our room was immaculate every day, and I think they even came in 3 times some days including turn-down and made sure everything was always perfect. It’s so nice after a long day in the sun to chill out in a marvellously clean and fresh room. Thanks again. See you next year!

This is our 27th year in a row going to Dubai and staying at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. What takes us back? It’s the guaranteed sun, the fabulous restaurants and in particular the hotel staff. They are all amazing, but in particular Madan Pariyar and Aasha Bomjhan deserve a special mention. They are a brother and sister team and they epitomise what excellent service means. They are a joy to meet every day, always smiling and simply brilliant. Thanks for everything- see you next year!
