Just recently returned home from Jumeriah Beach Hotel and under the circumstances we would greatly like to thank management and all the staff for taking great care of us. It was a very difficult situation , but they were very accommodating, caring and very professional. Our special thanks to the Club Longe: Ahmed and Asad also Jenifer. Exceptional Support During A Very Difficult Time

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel for their incredible support during an extremely difficult and stressful time for our family. Due to the ongoing conflict in the region, the situation in Dubai became very tense while we were staying at the hotel. There were constant alarms, missiles could be seen in the sky, and one night guests were even moved to a shelter area set up in the hotel’s ballroom for safety. Experiencing this with our two young children was understandably frightening for us. During this challenging period, the hotel team handled everything with remarkable calm, professionalism, and genuine humanity. They were incredibly supportive and helpful in every situation, always prioritizing the well-being of their guests rather than financial considerations. Their attitude and kindness made a very stressful situation much easier for our family. We would especially like to thank Front Office Manager Mahir Demirbağ, who personally helped us many times and showed exceptional care and support throughout the entire process. Beyond this difficult situation, the hotel itself is simply fantastic. The facilities are beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the staff at every level are truly excellent. We will never forget the kindness, professionalism, and compassion shown to us during such a difficult moment. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel safe and supported.

Another great stay

Almost finished a three week stay at Jumeirah Beach hotel. This is our twelfth year and it is just up to the standard we know. Especially this visit as we are amongst the War in Iran. We have been looked after and feel safe within the hotel. Thanks to room boy Rakibul who kept everything top class. Also thanks to JoJee and Jennifer for always being there for us and providing anything we needed. Also to the staff at Executive beach for providing us with the beds we like and keeping us supplied with water and lollies. And finally to all the staff at the pool beach bar but especially Louis and Yuresh who we have known now for many years. We are made to feel one of the family and always feel upset to be leaving them and more so at the moment just wishing and praying they will all be safe
