A home from home

Once again I was blown away by the excellent hospitality that makes Dar Al Masyaf feel more like a home than a hotel. The villa hosts are wonderful and always make sure that you have a fantastic stay, in particular giving me a super birthday teat. It is everyone who works at Jumeirah from the valet guys, luggage handlers, front desk, abra and buggy drivers, housekeepers and restaurant and bar attendants etc that do their jobs impeccably. Have been five times already to stay and I will be back again. Well done to Jumeirah.

Just returning home from a fabulous holiday at the Dar Al Masayf, we were on half board package and every restaurant we ate in was outstanding this year there was not one thing i could complain about. We visited one of our favourite butlers Ashis who was in villa 16, it was great to see him and he helped sort out our friend’s Jumeriah One Membership, he is always smiling and happy to assist you, looking forward to seeing you all again in August, also a special mention to Peden and Gi Gi in La Promanade where we went for breakfast it was great to see them always smiling and happy to help

The staff and facilities were fantastic. Ashis our butler gets special thanks for the way he took care of all our needs making our stay feel great in every way. We managed to try a different restaurant every night ranging from Italian to Indian and seafood to Lebanese all were exception.
