Jumeirah Living Marina Gate

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The breakfast was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of options – both à la carte and buffet – with something to suit everyone in the family. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with a perfect location right next to Marina Walk and a supermarket just around the corner. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. When construction work nearby caused some piling noise, we were immediately offered the option to change rooms. As an extra generous gesture, we were even given access to the Saray Zabeel beach hotel, despite it not being included in our package – something we truly appreciated. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, fresh, and very well equipped. The hotel is also extremely family-friendly – the pool was fantastic and the children absolutely loved it. Overall, our stay felt both luxurious and family-oriented, with a level of service that went far beyond our expectations. This is a hotel that truly deserves every bit of praise, and we would be delighted to return.

follow up on towel story the answer is not a clarification but a low level response to cover up but normally its not the worse to deal with it my conclusion impudent incompetent insulting and racial discrimination toward resident from asia by security guy i assume he is from pakistan who questioned statements of a resident i think its the best to report this to the excecutive office to do proper check whats happening in there hotels i am done with this, a 1 star hotel managment in deira would have handled this 20 aed story better with out insulting residents

Please be careful with the towel lady at the pool she might claim that you brought back the wrong towel which off course is bs But she has the audacity to call you lier and basically criminal that you brought back a cheaper towel (20 aed) I asked for the invoice as resident in order not to spend my day with this What kind of level is Jumeirah moving to I just feel sorry for the hard working people in the hotel who create a nice atmosphere which is destroyed by such experience Still waiting for the invoice

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, made even more special by the amazing staff who went above and beyond for us. A big thank you to Imran, who gave us a smooth and friendly check-in experience. He made sure we were well-informed about everything we needed to know—what to do, what to avoid, and how to make the most of our stay. Ms. Anne was incredibly accommodating during our dinner, making sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Her attentiveness truly made our evening more enjoyable. Special thanks to Adriaan for recommending and preparing the delicious drink we absolutely loved! It was a highlight of our night. And lastly, we really appreciate Suzzette, who respectfully and kindly helped us set up the sofa bed late at night—even though we forgot to request it earlier. Thank you for your patience and willingness to assist without hesitation. If applicable, we’d love to suggest a small update—perhaps upgrading the in-room TVs and adding Netflix access would really complete the overall guest experience. Excellent service all around! You all made our stay feel extra comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend! 👏✨
