Excellent hotel

We stayed for 3 days. We normally go to the Atlantis but thought we’d do this for a few days and then go to the Atlantis. It’s a lovely hotel but can be very busy. We were pretty much the only ones without children. We did find an adults only area by the pool though. We were in the club and this allowed us to have a quieter breakfast as there weren’t too many people in this section. The manager Earl Belle was absolutely amazing and gorgeous. He was very attentive and couldn’t do enough did you. He knew people by name and went round d talking to everyone every day. So a big shout out to him. We were in an adjoining room, in future of request not this! The neighbours were very loud at 4am. The hotel did sort it out though but the walls must be very thin. Overall a lovely hotel and we would go back

Such a special place, we loved our stay here! Every member of staff is lovely, the hotel is stunning and so much variety of places to eat, spaces to chill out in… the rooms were so super Comfy with the most gorgeous beds! Some staff to mention…. Eduardo in the imperium restaurant was a joy every day, Amaury who was part of the valet team was just the best and Wasid and Jamil who was part of the housekeeping team could not have done more for us all! Thank you for making our stay the best!

Wonderful family holiday

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is breathtaking from the moment you step into the lobby. We paid extra for a club package which was great. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and it had a great atmosphere in there. Both the pool area and beach were very relaxing, with enough staff to ensure excellent service. Michael deserves a mention as he would always find us sunbeds quickly and bring waters over before we’d even unpacked our bags. Our favourite restaurants were the Japanese and Indian (where Preeti did everything she could to make sure we had a great time - such a genuinely lovely girl). My teenage son used the gym and said it was great and the four of us spent an early evening in the spa. It was very luxurious & quiet at that time of day. The rooms are spacious with THE most comfortable beds. Our cleaners Wahid and Gangadhar (3rd floor) deserve a special mention because they were excellent. They did a brilliant job every day and went out of their way to help with anything we needed like extra coat hangers or towels. We really got to know them and they were both lovely people. This hotel really is 5 star. I couldn’t fault it and hope to be back.

Delicious restaurant

Japanese restaurant in Zabil saray was perfect. Meat was so soft and delicious. Starters wonderful. Atmosphere was calm with nice music. Restaurant was fully booked and I waited until 8:30 pm. Thanks to Tejaswi for the good service. I spent very nice evening.
