Amazing hotel

Seven of us stayed at the hotel for 7 nights - we had 3 rooms between us Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating There is so much to choose from at the buffet and the food is fresh - full of flavour. They have theme nights but still do the usual Indian dishes which was very popular The breakfast has fresh omelette and dosa station and in the evening fresh pasta was made The pool is spacious and you did not have people arguing over sunbeds There is free water and suncream by the pool We had afternoon tea which was very filling and they ensured we enjoyed the experience The gym is also very good and they had a room specially for Hyrox workouts - was never busy but not only one smith machine, one shoulder press and one chest press. One machine for leg extensions and leg curls and cables Only issue we had was on checking out they tried to charge us for an extra meal as my wife and children did not come for dinner and one child had lunch at the pool that day. However this was sorted out without any issue The staff at the taxi / valet area were also extremely helpful If you go anywhere take a metered taxi as far cheaper Will look to come back again

Luxurious hotel, fantastic staff

We stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for 13 nights at the beginning of August 2025. We are a family of six (four children). We found the hotel to be ideally located; even though it’s on The Palm but we did not find it to be too far out because a) everything in Dubai is spread out anyway and b) Careem taxis (we used Hala Max 6 passengers) are readily available and are usually at the door with 2 to 8 minutes of requesting them. Yes, the cost of using taxis daily can rise but that’s Dubai for you. The hotel is very luxurious, facilities are excellent and customer service is second to none. The staff really make this hotel special: Ajay does a great job managing the restaurants: both at Amala in the evenings and at Imperium for breakfast, and he made us feel at home. Paul and Islam at the swimming pool were excellent, Marvin one of the lifeguards is a exemplary member of staff and Jagdish is a really star: he rescued us by efficiently organising a large taxi for us at a very low fare (all of this at the last minute after our taxi company abruptly cancelled our ride to the airport). Ishaq and Frank at the front doors always made us feel welcome and Wahid and the rest of the housekeeping team went the extra mile to ensure our family’s needs were met. The hotel is 5 star in terms of its opulence and luxurious but it is the staff - who are always willing to go that extra mile - that make it more than just a 5 star hotel!

Amazing poolside service by Islam, but lacks gym

We visit this place as Privilee members. The pool side service by Islam especially is amazing and we always appreciate his help. He always helps us find a good place and water. I rate Islam 10 out of 5! The main downside with this hotel however is the lack of Gym access for Privilee members. That’s why we visit this place much less than before. I strongly suggest the hotel management to allow Privilee members to use the Gym.
