Peaceful retreat.

Really nice hotel, Staff exceptional always happy to help, Room was nice and clean every day. Breakfast was ok ( im not a breakfast person really) we had a nice evening meal at the restaurant one night. Relaxing atmosphere all around the retreat, roof top pool most days was like it was our own with hardly any other guests using it! Was quite abit out the way from central Ubud but they do have a free shuttle bus to take you into Ubud. If you want peaceful surroundings and exceptional staff this is the place!

The best jungle feeling ever

We arrived in the dark and we went speachless. The place is like from a romantic movie; with beautiful lighting, watersounds from fontains and autentic indonesian furniture. The surrondings are full of flowers decorated around Stones in different sections. The staff greeted us in The best possible way. They truly did their way to make us feel welcome. The room is also romantic with autentic Balinesian style. The room has everything you need. They clean everyday and you get fresh water when you need it. The beds are nice and we slept good. Its quiet and peaceful. Just The sounds of nature. We wanted peacefull sorroundings with a beautifull jungle feeling and that we got. We ate breakfast and dinner with a breathtaking view over The jungle. We got free shuttlebuss to Ubud center everyday from 9.30 to 17. We also got two free massages and a rafting tour. The service is The absolut best you can get. The staff offers to help you in every way possible. I deffinatly will stay in Kupu Kupu barong next time in Bali. Warm regards from an jungle lower

Eager, Peaceful and warming.

The location is fantastic. If you dine at the restaurant La View, you're treated to a stunning view of the forest, with a majestic mountain in the distance. The rooms are cleaned and tidied every morning around 10 AM. The staff are a delight, always polite, easy to talk to, and genuinely eager to help with any information about local places or activities. This charming French boutique hotel is especially beautiful in the afternoon and evening. It clearly values ambiance, and it shows in every detail. Our family stayed here for an entire month, and we had only one regret: not staying longer! Wishing all the staff the very best and may your business continue to thrive. See you again soon!
