We visited Maafushi last year and didn't stay here but did eat here on a few occasions and were blown away by the wonderful staff. Hassan one of the managers was kind enough to show us a room as we wanted to come back . So here we are again and not disappointed by the staff and the hotel. Hassan arranged a special dinner for us on the beach and Shawal was our waiter funny and attentive even taking pictures for us to remember the evening.....looking forward to coming back sometime soon. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Bad Hospitality from Easha and Shakti (reception)

Our stay at Kaani Palm started off well – on the day of arrival, the hospitality we received from Suman was absolutely top-notch and really gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the good impression was completely ruined on our departure day by "Easha" and *Shakti." They showed no sense of proper hospitality – speaking to guests while sitting cross-legged without even standing up is extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, "Easha" clearly lacks basic customer service skills and doesn’t know how to communicate respectfully with guests. A disappointing way to end what could have been a great stay.

Cabana set up dinner for couples

I booked the special dinner for couples with them (which by the way I recommend 100%) and the treatment was unbeatable, all the workers are super nice and they love their jobs, in my life I had never felt so welcomed by strangers and everyone was very involved, especially Shawal and Hassan of whom I have a nice memory ❤️

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Nice hotel on a good location next to bikini beach. We stayed in spacious family room with seaview. The view from our balcony was great. We arranged the transfers with the hotel and these went well. The hotel had an infinity pool on the roof with couple of sunbeds. The hotel restaurant was also nice, we ate there the breakfast and also couple of times in the evening. The choice at the breakfast buffet was sufficient and you could even order a fresh made omelet. In the evening you could eat from the buffet or order from the a la carte menu. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and always in for a small conversation. Also the other staff members from the hotel, reception and transfers were friendly and service minded. We also booked one snorkeling tour via the hotel and this was a great experience with photos and video's including in the price. All in all we had a good time at this hotel.
