Located on an oceanfront private headland on the southern end of Kamala Beach, the resort has direct access to a small beach, just a 10-minute walk away. Guests will find restaurants, bars and shops in the resort centre of Kamala, around 700 metres from the holiday village. The Tsunami Monument is 800 metres from the resort. Phuket International Airport is approximately 38 km away. The estate offers 20 direct oceanfront villas and oceanfront apartments with contemporary Thai or modern style. Staying at the resort, guests will enjoy the panoramic ocean views across Kamala Bay to the rolling mountains surrounding Kamala Beach and the village of Kamala. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a restaurant. Just waiting to book again next year.

In 2026 the second time we picked this location after our first visit in 2024, superb for couples / families looking for a nice location at the quiet (South) side of Kamala Beach. Big apartments, nice garden, three pools and a private beach. Restaurant opened in 2025. Staff very nice and helpful - thanks again Danie and Summer :) And a tip - if you can - choose any unit with terrace pointing west to Andaman Sea for the sunsets.

Location is nice as it is not in the centre of Kamala Beach and therefore more quiet, but in walking distance. Currently a little bit of construction close by but not really disturbing. Great and friendly service at the reception offering all the support you might need. Restaurant is excellent. Two pools are nice. The bungalow itself is a bit old and was not totally clean, but we enjoyed the stay.

While the outside space is lovely and appears well looked after our apartment was dated and needed tlc. The kitchen was seriously outdated, with most of the base units hard to open and close. We couldn't even get the hotplate to work during our 7 day stay, so gave up and just used the oven. The bathroom consisted of toilet, wash basin and a shower, which had a washing machine plumbed onto the shower tray. We were not impressed at this, it's really not a good idea to have power next to a water source, so we didn't use the washing machine. Also, we felt 1 small bottle each of water per day rather stingy, it meant we needed to stock up at the 7-11 or supermarkets daily on water. While the 7-11 is only a 5 minute walk, it's not a flat walk, and in the heat, the water soon gets heavy. So in all, not impressed with the standard of the accommodation itself. I believe other units were being modernised, maybe this one is next? If not, it needs to be.

Peace and quite and beautiful

Perfect place to relax and recharge and reenergise your self and family. Nice and peaceful and quiet. Beautiful surroundings and very nice villa with pools and jacuzzi. Few mins walk to 7 eleven and street food which is very good 👍🏽 the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Summer at the reception who helped us arrange transport to Rassanda pier for our speed boat trip to Phi Phi. Thank you Summer 👍🏽🙏🏽
