This hotel is not 4 star! On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and checked us in without any problems. We arrived to our room to be greeted with a hair ball left in the toilet from what looked to be out of the plug hole and had not been discarded and the balcony which was covered with bird poo. When raising the issue with reception the cleaner did come to clean the balcony and the toilet however the reception staff were very defensive over this as ‘the bird mess is out of their control’ this is understandable however this mess had not been cleaned for days prior to our arrival. The cleaner advised when cleaning that she was not made aware that anyone was checking in and that is why the room had not been thoroughly checked (not an excuse for a 4* hotel in my opinion). We were offered to change room however there was no rooms available on the day of arrival and this was not followed up following this. There was mould on one of the walls in the room which was hidden by a curtain. Breakfast was mediocre not replenished enough and not a great variety. Our room was not cleaned until 7:30pm on 2 of the days which meant that as we were in the room getting ready for the evening the room was not cleaned properly and one of the mornings the bathroom was cleaned whilst we were sleeping!! THE DOOR WAS LOCKED! This is not very secure! Overall, the hotel is very average and far from 4* I would not stay here again, the hotel is atmosphereless and when asking for assistance the main receptionist was very dismissive which made you not want to ask for further assistance!

On arriving at 2'15pm, no reception , opens at 3pm even though the staff saw us sitting waiting. Room nice and clean on 6 floor with sea view as expected. No problems with room. Breakfast first 3 days was shocking, nothing refiled, no cutlery, no hot or cold foods, all gone, and staff man who looked totally n f i didn't clear tables or restock , just watched. A new man appear ed on day 4 and it improved. Pool is very nice , salt water is a first , needs new sun beds. Lots of steps and on a hill to reception door, hotel is in a good location, it's clean, rooms made up every day. Great wifi, quiet, and relaxing, It's not the best or the worst.

Pillows excellent and very comfy bed. Quiet hotel, lovely saltwater pool. Clean with everything you could need. Staff were lovely and very helpful, would definitely go there again.

Nice spot with views over the bay. Staff were nice. Room was nice. It has seen better days but it was spotlessly clean with the towels and sheets replaced daily. A few restaurants and bar within easy waking distance… and a shop. The water taxi into town was handy and the bus stop is 5 mins walk so you can easily visit other beaches (buses can get a bit packed). Only criticism would be the noisy fridge in the room, the bright a/c display at night (I’m a light sleeper), and could do with more sun loungers and parasols by the pool. There was the early morning rush by some to get their towels out… which was nice 😄.
