Kandima forever!

Location is excellent! Food was good enough. Drinks were good. Room was big, pillows were convenient. Late check out was no problem. Jane and Malika were very helpful solving all small problems.

Very bad experience

Let's start with the arrival. Our transfer was supposed to be included by the hotel as part of the package. However, the transfer was only provided 7 hours after our flight landed, which meant that I had to wait at the airport with two children for seven hours. When we finally arrived at the resort and asked about this issue, no explanation was given. As for the all-inclusive package, there were only two or three options included, while most other items had to be paid for separately. I have stayed at other resorts in the Maldives before, and the all-inclusive experience was nothing like this. Here, "all-inclusive" felt misleading because the majority of things came with an extra charge. The same applies to the go-kart track. It is not clearly stated that children under 140 cm (approximately 11 years old and above) are not allowed to participate. In addition, most activities require extra payment. Another issue was the island shuttle service, which was almost never available when needed. It only operated every 30 minutes, making it quite inconvenient to get around the island. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations created by the reviews and the information provided before booking.

My family was 100% satisfied with our vacation! Stunning views, delicious food, engaging entertainment—and that's just a few of the hotel's positives.
