A great escape away in the quiet of the rice fields. Definitely a space for adults and I would recommend other places for kids. This is a retreat for adults and they do it well. Pros: Incredible food. Everything (including pasta, pastries and bread) is made from scratch. Rizal has an incredible talent and his breakfast offerings are among the best I’ve eaten globally. Friendly and attentive staff. Nothing is a problem and the staff are quick to help and respond to requests for help (WhatsApp is handy). Location is great. In amongst the rice fields it is lovely being surrounded by nature rather than the rat race of central ubud. The shuttle into town was quick and efficient. Cons: One bedroom room was smaller than our friends suite room. We paid more for the one bedroom but was given a smaller space. I would choose differently next time and avoid the extra cost. Meal vouchers. After 5 nights the menu felt limited as you are on a restricted menu. The free flow drinks package was arak cocktails - the offer of Bintang at least would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay. The staff are what make this place. We were so relaxed and calm and settled in quickly to our Bali bubble holiday vibe. Thank you 🙏

Luxury getaway !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kappa Senses Ubud, and I can't recommend it highly enough—especially for families. We stayed in one of the villa rooms with a private pool, and it was nothing short of perfect. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. We traveled as a family with our 9-year-old son, and the resort was ideal for all of us. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff were true professionals—attentive, warm, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Ugix A., who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the exceptional service! One of the highlights of our stay was the spa—a serene, rejuvenating experience that was among the best we've had. The setting, treatments, and staff were all impeccable. Breakfasts were another daily delight, served with a gorgeous view of the rice fields. There was a wide selection of international dishes, beautifully presented and delicious. Dining at the poolside restaurant was also a treat, offering great food in a relaxed and scenic atmosphere. In short, Kappa Senses Ubud exceeded all our expectations with its flawless service, luxurious comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout. We left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Great stay, amazing hotel.

We stayed at Kappa Senses for six nights and loved every moment. As a family of four, we booked a two-bedroom pool villa with amazing views of the rice fields — perfect location and very private. The staff were always kind and helpful, and breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The resort is spotless, with a peaceful main pool and a great restaurant offering something for everyone. We loved the little call buttons by the sunbeds for easy service. The shuttle to Ubud center was very convenient. The gym could be a bit bigger, but it’s still good enough for a proper workout. We travel a lot and usually stay at luxury hotels, and Kappa Senses really impressed us, even though it’s not a big chain. Highly recommended — and if we come back to Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again!
