Amazing hotel in great location

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main town, with excellent transport options including a bus stop right outside the hotel, as well as taxis and a water taxi from the beach. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always on hand to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Stefanos the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to make our holiday with our mum completely stress-free and truly memorable. He is a real credit to the hotel. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, and it was refreshing to see the hotel actively enforcing its no-reservation policy around the pool—something many other hotels fail to do. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning!

My husband is in a wheelchair and all the staff without exception go above and beyond to ensure he and I are supported at all times. The hotel is clean and spacious with a wonderful atmosphere. All the meals we enjoyed were tasty, varied and beautifully presented in all of the restaurants. I would lie to extend special thanks to the delightful lifeguard ( a lovely lady name began with H) she assisted my husband into the swimming pool and to the beach and on and off his wheelchair which gave us so much reassurance. Also Nico one of the managers always helped my husband down the steep ramp to breakfast and organised the table to ensure his easy access which was very much appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly and hope to return health permitting.

Wonderful experience

A wonderful week is coming to an end, truly can not fault this hotel. It is clean, breakfast has everything, possibly too much choice. Everywhere is clean, staff are so friendly and the coffee is good. Bus right outside or water taxis on the beach make it an easy to move around location. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of coat hangers which is a very welcome change. We had a garden view room, fly screen on door is a god send. We wore bug bands and used bug spray, not a bite but when out and about we did see some people that had been bite. Only a few bits that I’d like to request: Please a bigger bed, it’s our fault as we have a super king at home, going to a standard double was quite funny, never realised how much we both move in the night. Regards the gym, best kitted out hotel gym we’ve had ever - well done. But it would have been magic if it opened at earlier 8am or possibly 7am. This could be achieved if the matted flooring for the weight area is extended, there are currently 4 large mats, an extra 4-8 would allow the floor to absorb noise. Treadmill needs looking at, it trips electrics all the time, we just kept going to the fuse box and tripping it all back in. Treadmill is also very hard push on the legs to get the belt to start driving. All said we are looking to return next year as this hotel/resort/island has made it into our top 3 places along side Croatia and Montenegro Ps can the next people in room 102 feed the George the tortoise lettuce and cucumber, he walks round the edge of the garden, thanks

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff, the rooms and everything about the hotel was perfect. The location was good for buses (stop 8) right outside the door, water taxi from the beach, and even walking into the port of Skiathos. The island was so ideallic in every way.
