Excellent hotel wonderful views and stay

The hotel and staff are excellent. Georgina at the front desk is so friendly and helpful.Chrisa and Antonia are also very willing to assist and are very accommodating. The scenery is amazing and the service with Nikos we received was outstanding.

wow!! starting with a wonderful suite that we were given , an amazing check in by the front desk team ! The team seemed that did not just simply checked us in but they had studied our reservation , our pre requests and special needs ! They were such professionals of Tourism Industry , escorted us under the hot sun of Santorini to our suite , provided us a detailed tour of the property and suite and gave us excellent concierge services . They continued throughout our stay with courtesy contacts to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. Delivered everything we asked for and even more that was lovely surprises to us !They work very hard!. We also had perfect breakfast meal and delightful dinner at Koukoumavlos restaurant! Thank you so much ! Special thanks to reception team that went beyond our expectations. We happily thanked them with small gifts upon our check out :)) See you next year!

Was extremely happy with this accommodation. The view is unbelievably beautiful and gave us the experience with Santorini we had hoped for. My only reservation was the suggestion of leaving a tip upon check-out. I had already tipped bar staff, restaurant staff, baggage stewards, the people that do the hardest work. I did not feel that tipping the people that clicked a few buttons on the computer and handed me a room key and showed me where my room was, is really reason to hand out a tip. Maybe Greeks are becoming like US and its “tipflation” problem. Otherwise, I would absolutely look to stay at a Katikies property in Santorini again.

I and my spouse chose Chromata Katikies to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After our stay we felt it’s was great decision. We loved the place and the staff. Want to give special thanks to VICKY who was so friendly and caring. She made sure we have the most comfortable stay by offering to take care of so many things for us like car rental, telling about awesome places to go, food places to name a few. The manager of the property is really an awesome person. We had couple of interactions with her and we both loved the way she and the staff take care of people. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, friendly and welcoming staff, and a feeling of home visit Chromata Katikies in Santorini.

Our stay at Katikies Chromata in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the level of Greek hospitality was beyond compare, with every detail perfectly curated. The entire staff—from the welcoming smiles at reception to the attentive breakfast team—made us feel like we were home. But the real highlight of our experience was Panagiotis, a remarkable young waiter who captivated us from day one. At just 18, his passion, knowledge, and genuine love for what he does is simply extraordinary. He effortlessly combined professionalism with warmth, making our stay special. The management should be incredibly proud to have such a gem on their team. Every single person who works here is very friendly and welcoming and the people made difference for us in this paradise hotel. We’re already counting down the days/months until we return! We would recommend everyone to try Selene restaurant ( OMG !!! ) and Koukoumavros as both offers unique gastronomical experiences.
