Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with excellent service. We were given a room upgrade - which was unexpected and amazing! (Thank you!) Our private pool garden villas were so pretty. Reception staff was so helpful and friendly. Using WhatsApp to communicate - they answered every question request immediately. You can tell they actually cared about making guests happy. The pool view is spectacular. (My only negative is that the pool closes at 6pm) The quality of the pool/room service food - was amazing! No wonder if it comes from the same kitchen as Selene? The breakfasts in the courtyard were such a beautiful way to start the day. And the location is central in Fira and easy to get around the town. Would definitely return to Katikies Garden! The location and service are wonderful. Highly recommend! (Definitely a rarity as the actual hotel is even better than the website photos!) Thank you to the entire team at Katikies Garden for an amazing stay in Santorini! - Dita

We Felt Like Royalty

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. Everywhere you look seems like something out of a magazine. Spacious rooms with spacious verandas, phenomenal breakfast, breathtaking caldera view from the infinity pool, and just at the edge of the main strip in Fira. Even the bath amenities are amazing and the linens smell amazing. Everyone was happy to help us in every way possible. True 5* service and experience. We are packing up to leave but don’t want to! Would definitely come back.

Absolute perfection. The food is out of this world. Service - unmatched. Aesthetic - stunning. Walkability - perfection. Accommodations and comfort - luxury and private. They even accommodated our early flight and sent us off with packed breakfast boxes. This hotel was the highlight of our trip and perfect way to end our honeymoon.

Best hotel in santorini, right at the centre of fira town.extremely polite staff and very welcoming. Beautiful designed rooms with great space and privacy. Great breakfast spread and round the clock service.room cleaning was perfect and the pillows were the best part

Unique hotel in Fira.

The hotel is a haven of peace and calm away from all the cruise ship visitors in Fira. It is only 5 minutes walk from reception into the middle of town. The standards of cleaning throughout the hotel were really excellent. We had an excellent breakfast each morning in their beautiful courtyard. This is also the site of their restaurant (Selene) which was sadly closed as the end of the season was approaching but I am told is probably the best in the island. The site is an old monastery and all its unique charms have been preserved. The pool area is stunning with views across the caldera. It is not heated and was rather bracing when I swam! However, many people were enjoying time on the very comfortable loungers there. I completely agree with the other reviews and would recommend without reservation.
