Katikies Villa Santorini - The Leading Hotels

Katikies was the beginning of a nearly 3 week stay in Greece, all of which was outstanding! Our stay at the Katikies was exquisite!. Our room was divine with such a gorgeous view from our patio of the calderra. We took many photos, having received many compliments on the beauty shown. We began each day with a beautiful breakfast with hearty delectable choices and of course your choice of coffees. We were not disappointed with any meal we had there. Service from staff as well as friendliness was so helpful and welcoming. We got to know many by name, Stella, Phillipe, Anji, Nicholas and many many others. We were sorry we had to leave when it was time to go like we were leaving friends. We had a real connection to everyone and everything offered to us. We are already planning our return trip.

Perfect choice! While it costs a little more than others, it is worth it. The location at the end of Oia makes it quieter. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous. The food and service are top notch. The hotel offers a spa and a five star restaurant, Botrini’s, which also makes it unique. The breakfast is fabulous. And the views are one of a kind. Highly recommend!

We just returned from our stay at Katikies for a famiy vacation with parents, siblings and kids. Wow, what a stunning hotel! The staff, food, service was amazing! Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable (although given room rate, I was expecting a little more). And my mom kept searching for the best views of Oia to take family photos, and I think our hotel had them! Incredible stay! The only caveat for our party (as we didn't even think of when booking)... my dad is 80, and while he is not disabled, he does have balance issues and gets tired easily. I'm not sure if any of the properties at Oia have elevators to accommodate people who have difficulty with stairs, but that was the only issue we had... lots and lots of stairs -- some narrow and steep -- with minimal hand rails, and there was really no option to avoid stairs... we just had to help my father anytime he needed to go anywhere (which was probably more challenging since he feels like he doesn't need help but ends up falling often). Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would definitely return!

It was our first time in Santorini and our stay at the Katikies Santorini exceeded every expectation. The location was perfect - steps away from Oia shops and restaurants. The hotel has iconic whitewashed architecture and panoramic caldera views that will take your breath away. The staff made us feel so welcome and arranged unforgettable experiences, including a wine tasting at a local winery and a sunset catamaran tour. Our suite was elegant, spacious, had stunning caldera views and a private outdoor jetted heated tub. The included breakfast was both plentiful and delicious whether enjoyed on our terrace or in the open air restaurant. The views from the restaurants and infinity pools were simply breathtaking. As with most caldera hotels in Oia, there are a lot of steps. Katikies has two elevators that help, but it’s something to consider. We loved everything about our stay at Katikies Santorini and can’t wait to return.

Amazing view, kind and wonderful staff, very accommodating, delicious food! Centrally located to shops and restaurants. Most rooms have private hot tubs. Be prepared for many steps to climb. Rooms were extremely comfortable! Cannot wait to return!
