Kayamaris Hotel & Spa has been opened in Marmaris since 1995 for all holiday lovers. (Our hotel has been completely renovated in 2015.) It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday opportunity for families with children and couples both with its proximity to the city center and away from the noise. Located 30 m walking distance from the sea, the hotel also has its own private beach. It is 2 km from the city center and within walking distance of shopping centers. Kayamaris Hotel has a total of 117 rooms. We have 4 different types of rooms: Standard room, Standard sea view room, Triple room and Family room. All of our rooms have free internet access. All of our rooms have a balcony, mirrored make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, mini bar, digital safe (with charge), LCD satellite TV and telephone. OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM: BREAKFAST - 07:30-10:00 (OPEN BUFFET) LUNCH - 12:00-14:00 (OPEN BUFFET) SNACK - 15:00-17:00 (SELF SERVICE) TEA & COFFEE BREAK - 17 :00-18:00 (SELF SERVICE) DINNER - 19:00-21:00 (OPEN BUFFET) POOL BAR - 10:00-23:00 (SELF SERVICE) Drinks: Self between 10:00-23:00 service Alcoholic and non-alcoholic local drinks: tea, filter coffee, wine in glass (red, white, rose), beer, vodka, gin, raki, liqueur, brandy, etc. are included in our all-inclusive system. Freshly squeezed orange and other fruit juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic imported drinks, Turkish coffee, fast food, grills and ice cream are not included in our all-inclusive system, you can order from these services by paying their fees. In our hotel, Turkish bath, spa, sauna and massage are paid. Our fitness room is free to our hotel customers.

Disgraceful

Would never go back to this hotel again . It never a four star hotel . The room shower was leaking every time you had a shower and still leaking next day so we had to keep putting towels down so we didn’t slip on the floor , The electric plug only worked only one side of the room and don’t get me started we had a earthquake and the plaster on walls came off all over the floors it look like it been snowing on the floors when we complain about it all they didn’t even move us to another room the hotel was not even fully booked the just plaster walls where the plaster came off .are stuff was still in the room they just plaster around our stuff.

We have just come back from here it was an amazing week and lovely Hotel with friendly staff this is an Honest Review Right let’s start food was like any other all inclusive hotel something for everyone if your British 🇬🇧 and only like English breakfast then you’ll be limited in choice but there are plenty of restaurants a stones throw away but we ate here the pool was refreshing and clean there is a bar near the pool for you to relax the beach very near to there is a shop and hairdressers and massage parlour on site entertainment was music from the bar but again if you wanted more you could go along the strip near the beach 🏝️ the room was a little small but we spent most of our time relaxing going on trips we met some amazing people here tea and coffee was not in the rooms but you could go down 24/7 a get drinks the only negative thing about Turkey 🇹🇷 was the amount of places trying to beg you to go in that was annoying because people like to look there is a holiday Rep he was polite but I’d say do your own thing food recommendations put in search engine fi fi bar they didn’t stop to amazing Food also emus cake/coffee ran by a English lady there is a place called blue port and up there you can get pizza and a burger 🍔 king there is a lovely castle near the port there is buses every 15 mins as well back to the Hotel would I say it’s for kids the answer would be No I think they would get bored I think it was more of an adult Hotel I’d say I would come back here I’d like to say thank you to all the staff it was an amazing Holiday

Nice hotel

Forget all the bad reviews this hotel is nice but not perfect. People complain about the rooms yes they are basic (British think travelodge) but they are large with good size balconies and the maids do an incredible job keeping them spotless. Next people complain about the tvs your on holiday watch TV at home. Don't complain about the pool bar the drinks are served in plastic cups for that reason, yes there are only five cocktails available but they are of similar quality as ones you buy in bars for 380 Tl plus other spirits and beer there is music at the bar but it is never so loud that you can't talk. Finally the food it depends on how fussy you are it's a standard buffet and remember they are catering for all nationalities there is always something to eat fresh stuff cooked outside fish kofte chicken wings nuggets on a rota. This is not a family hotel in my opinion and I would not bring children here

Wouldn’t come here again but lovely location

First time in turkey and the place is absolutely stunning!!! I didn’t no what to expect from the hotel as I haven’t been abroad for years but in all honestly the hotel n room itself wasn’t that bad the only down side was our view was a run down empty pool n other apartments! We did have to ask for extra pillows and blankets and the cleaner was absolutely gorgeous and friendly and super sweet!! Now for the negative… I no it’s a cheap hotel but the food was bad rice or chips everyday for dinner n tea the puddings was the same all week great selection of salad tho but u can’t live of that for a week, the selection of drinks was shocking and 100% not worth the money! I spent a fortune in the shop for drinks and snacks and we had to eat out several times as we was starving the hotel needs to do better!! The pool was a lovely size n very refreshing n location was amazing but I wouldn’t go here again
