KC Grande Resort & Spa is located on a more secluded corner of Haad Sai Khao (White Sand Beach), where days are spent on our own half kliometer section of this idyllic paradise, far from the cares of everyday life. With the shimmering ocean in front and lush, green mountains behind, all of 208 unites offer great views and incredible experiences. Besides the beach itself, we have a wide variety of facilities to make your stay with us truly memorable. Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road and that you will need to cross it in order to use our facilities in the seaside zone (24-hours crossing guards).

On the beach, beautiful resort, close to everything.

This was a lovely experience. Beautiful hotel, perfect situation. Clean and spacious. Lovely hotel staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Mr King, the lovely receptionist and the housemaid for family suite 2302 ( I don’t know her name).

Definitely not my sort of place

The Hillside rooms are very noisy (from other rooms and also road traffic). Also, the traffic fumes are unpleasant and pervasive, ruining use of the balconies. The pool areas are potentially dangerous with excessive drinking (from glass containers) encouraged with multiple Happy Hour offers; 3-5 p.m in one bar and 6-8 pm in another. There is no obvious life-saving equipment or lifeguard monitoring. The breakfast buffet was excessive and largely unhealthy - some may enjoy a Hoopla display of 'Krispy Kreme' style donuts, but it was definitely not to my taste. Conversely, bananas had to be requested! Restaurant meals were average at best. Much better fare is available from the numerous beach cafes within 5-10 minutes' walk. The staff were pleasant enough. There is very little to do in the White Sand Beach vicinity and walking through the 'village' is very unpleasant due to the choking traffic fumes.

Another lovely stay

This was our third stay at this lovely hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast is definitely the highlight of our stay, although the overall facilities, the room, and the atmosphere are all superb. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, being close to the ferry pier and surrounded by many restaurants. The entire property is very clean and clearly well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful from start to finish. In particular, Chompu and Cherry at Reception were especially friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning again next year. Thank you for providing another truly memorable stay.

We had a great stay at KC Grande Resort in Koh Chang. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location right by the beach is amazing. The pools and the view are especially nice and make it a perfect place to relax. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome during our stay. A special thank you to Mangpor, who was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions. She made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Chang

I had a wonderful stay! Mangpor welcomed me with such warmth and a beautiful smile, which made me feel right at home. Pui was also very kind and helped me with my luggage. The weather was lovely during my stay, and the room was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely come back again!
