Keri Village & Spa by Zante Plaza

I stayed at Keri Village from 12th to 19th May (Room 202) with a group of friends, and we had the most fantastic time. The whole place is so relaxed and welcoming – exactly what we needed. Maria in the restaurant was a wonderful host – she’s an absolute credit to the resort. Her team were lovely, and a big thank you to her mum in the kitchen too – the food was delicious! Panos at the bar was always pleasant and friendly, and Aris (who drove the bus and looked after maintenance) was cheerful and kind every time we saw him. Both Maria’s on reception were also so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, all the staff were just brilliant – so friendly and attentive, and they really made us feel at home. Keri Village is a place to truly escape and relax. It has a peaceful charm that lets you switch off from the world for a while. Keri Village will always have a special place in my heart, and I hope to return again one day. Thank you all!

Me and my friend went here for 4 nights on 5th May, got back yesterday. The place was lovely, so relaxing. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed (although we got there 4 days after it opened, so was getting busier). Food was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Panos on the bar was lovely, so was Aggeliki the lifeguard. Maria in the kitchen was amazing too, they all made you feel so welcome. 1 thing I would say, I had a twin room with my friend and we both agreed the bed were sooo hard! But I’m not used to really hard beds so each to their own. Also, the day before I left I didn’t eat lunch, snack is between 3 and 5. I went there at 4 and all the snacks were gone, when I asked reception they said well they’ve all been eaten so next food will be at dinner. I was starving so that was the only thing that upset me, if it’s between 3 and 5 I expect food between 3 and 5 lol. You can’t walk to shops but there is a free shuttle bus through the day and also loads of excursions. If you’re after a relaxing trip with nice food, then you can’t go wrong here, I would definitely go back

This visit was our second to Zakynthos but our first to this particular resort and we're going back in a month and a half's time. The location is stunning if a little isolated but a hotel-run minibus service will take you to Keri beach between 10am and 5pm. the facilities are more than adequate, the rooms are pleasant and comfortable and the catering is above par for Greek all inclusive in this price range. The staff are friendly and helpful and housekeeping is impeccable. If you want nightlife and excitement this isn't for you. If you want peace, quiet and sun on a pleasant Greek island I'd recommend it.

They put me into a room that most definitely was not 4 stars quality or deluxe. The bed was a wooden board screwed onto a small frame, pillows were flat and lumpy, sheet never fitted the bed, headboard and seats in the room were stained. Broken lampshade that was dangerous. Bathroom was mouldy and mould in the main room. Floors were never cleaned. The mop bucket used was disgustingly dirty. Never emptied from one room to another. My hair was still all over the floor. I cleaned my room most of the time. Some of the staff were polite. Guttering missing and some down pipes. This place is so outdated. Definitely is not a four star hotel. They keep the best rooms for the regular comers and the flight staff that stay over night. The spa was locked on a couple of days. The hot tub most definitely disgusting and needed replacing. The staff say to ring the number for the spa but you can not get a Greek dial tone. Most guests complained about the mosquitoes. There were way too many and many people bitten badly. Food was about the same as a three star hotel. Most oh the food came out of tins. Tinned mushrooms, sausages, fruit etc. Taxi to get about 35-40 euros. You need to hire a vehicle. Beautiful island. Would I stay at this hotel again, definitely not.
