Lovely experience overall! Me, my partner and baby spent here a week and the service was really good all around. Very friendly staff, excellent food and had a lovely massage by Amalia who was very professional, made me feel comfortable and knew what she was doing.

I will be totally honest……. The hotel is very clean, staff are fantastic, food is all very good. The pools are nice, very relaxing environment. But the elephant in the room is…….. I was staying in room 222, very nice room!!!! But we were above the bar…… So you have loud…. Loud music…. I’m deaf in one ear and still can hear the music when laying my head on the pillow with my good ear…… Not great….. They have a area away from the rooms, where they could play music out to sea….. Would definitely come back…. The drinks….. (TUI Premium Plus) aye….. Well you only get a few premium brands……

Excellent service and food in a lovely setting

So booked this Hotel as an alternative to one that suddenly had bad reviews and was not disappointed. Firstly if you like a beach holiday and like to swim in the sea this is not for you. The only small niggle is there isnt enough lifts and you can be waiting some time at peak times and the entertainment was a bit average other that Henry the DJ, but that wasnt a problem for us as we dont go on holiday for that. We have been going to greek island hotels for a long time and we have never experienced such excellent service and food in any other hotels, absolute fantastic choice of food and every member of staff provide excellent levels of service. 2 good pools and plenty of beds ( note to management - some umbrellas for the sun loungers in the grassed area needed). Overall a very good holiday and will defo go back again

Great Hotel clean tidy and great food

Got back on Sunday after a weeks holiday at the hotel. The spa service was fantastic and the staff at the Spa were very amazing. Danae was very helpful and it was the best treatment. Maria and Antenis ( sorry not sure on the spelling of her name ) were very polite too and couldn’t do more to help. Top service The pool area was spotless. I even walked around without shoes on which I never do ! The surface was safe and not slippery too which was an extra reassurance walking around. Charmaine was fantastic and such a friendly lady and very hard working. Thank you Charmaine for serving us drinks all day. The sunbeds were amazing so comfy a good size and lots of choice. And it was amazing that we had no problems getting a bed and no one reserved them. So we could have a late start and still find a bed. The hotel grounds were kept clean all the time and the grass areas well maintained and regularly cut. The rooms were a great size and had everything you need. Rooms were cleaned daily so good service. My only 2 negatives was the shower pressure was very weak making the shower not very powerful. And there was a slight unpleasant smell my side of the bedroom ( nearest to the cupboards ) Both issued were manageable but I would recommend that someone checks them. Room number 070 The food in the main restaurant was most impressive. I am fussy especially with salads but all the lettuce leaves were separate from other salad items so I was able to enjoy what I liked because it wasn’t mixed with other items. The variety of food and quality was fantastic. I was a little let down by the Greek Restaurant because it isn’t made clear that you cannot pick from the menu online. And some items mentioned wasn’t even being served. It needs to be made clear that it is a set taster menu. My only other feedback is there was not clear signs on some of the food items, especially the icecream in the snack area. There was a man getting icecream at the same time as me and there was not a label on the green icecream. I over heard him asking if it was mint but none knew so because I had just tried some I told him it was pistachio flavour. He thanked me because he thought it was mint and I think he had a nut allergy so he was thankful that I told him. Although the hotel is set back and has no restaurants or bars nearby, The bus stop was only a small walk away making it easy to get into Corfu town. 2 euros one way. About a 10 minute journey. However the food was so good that you don’t feel the need to go out to eat. Overall the hotel is lovely and I wasn’t let down by my choice, but a few small changes, mainly in communicating services and labels on food could make it even better.
