Kiotari Beach Mitsis Rodos Maris Resort Spa

A 5* resort when pricing is taken into consideration. We were apprehensive after seeing some of the less than favourable reviews some if which i understand. Highlights: Excellent standard cocktails (non premium spirits) Fantastic friendly service, felt safe and looked after throughout with my kids Great evening shows (comedy magic was a family hit!) Beautiful warm pebble beach Great off peak pricing Crepe/gyros bar/pizza - were fantastic! Weaknesses: Kids club during the day was essentially a group baby sitting service rather than somewhere kids would want to go. Staff had limited english and were hardly engaging Towel availability at busy times Not really a substantial weakness taking into account pricing: The A la carte restaurants did not really have the most premium feel compared to many other resorts, didn’t substantially distinguish themselves from the reasonably good buffet main dining Lack of premium drink options/wines Overall, would highly recommend and would visit again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. Two adults and two kids, and we all truly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family. The kids loved the pool and the entertainment activities, while we appreciated the relaxing environment and beautiful surroundings. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Had a really lovely stay at this resort. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Food was wonderful, lots of variety including all you could eat a la cartes. Staff in the buffet restaurant were very interactive and helpful & very hard workers (Sokratis was great). The fitness guys were also great, got people engaged in the activities going on and created a fun atmosphere ( Karol & Angie 10/10). Beautiful gardens and beach also. Overall a great stay :)

This hotel is like a tiny, Greek village right by the beach. It's pretty great with a buffet restaurant and 4 fancy restaurants - pan Asian, Greek, Mexican, and American. You should check it out because they've got a huge food selection. Everything from fish and seafood to meats, all delicious and high quality. But what really makes this place is the people running it. The whole team is seriously amazing, welcoming, happy, and kind. Rena, the restaurant manager, makes you feel like you're visiting family, not just some strangers working at a hotel. The restaurants, bar, beach bar, pizzeria, gelatteria crew are professional and friendly. Dimitris is a real, shiny star. Many thanks to John, Kamara, Giorgia, Stefanos, Angela for their hospitality. The management is super proud of their team and you can tell the crew is happy and feeling appreciated. The bar is the one you want on vacation. The cocktails are top-notch and the bartenders are super professional. Despina is amazing. The cocktail selection is all good and tasty. Thanks to Despina, Efi, Giannis, Sotiris and the rest of the team. There's also a beach bar run by awesome guys. They're always happy, friendly, and working hard so no one has to wait long for their drinks. There's even a pizza bar on the beach with a wood oven and really good pizza. We're definitely recommending this hotel to our friends and can't wait to visit Mitsis Rodos Maris again.

We were more than impressed with the Mitsis Rodos Maris Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, the staff were first class, observing them they each work really hard and demonstrate a team unity and pride. We travelled with my elderly Mother who was well looked after which resulted in not only my Mother but us all having a fabulous holiday. The facilities, rooms, outdoor spaces, pools and bars were very well kept. The little touches made for an enhanced all inclusive experience. A fully stocked free mini bar in the room with large bottles of water included and replenished every other day. Towels provided at the pools and beach. A pizza oven outlet on the beach as well as a fully manned bar. We experienced all the 'al a carte' restaurants which were part of our package, they were exceptional. The main restaurant had a varied and excellent selection of menu options, we nor others did not have to queue at any sitting for a table, we were seated upon arrival. If I can say again, the management and staff made this a memorable and most enjoyable holiday, thank you - we will be returning!
