Kiotari Beach Mitsis Rodos Maris Resort Spa

Travelled towards the end of July 2025 as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children); Having read very mixed reviews we were a little apprehensive however we always go with the mindset of you make the best of every experience. The hotel entrance is very grand and we were welcomed by friendly staff and a welcome drink, we were then taken to our room on a golf buggy. We stayed in room 906 (classed as a sea view bungalow), the room was plenty big enough for 4, clean and the view was beautiful. The staff are incredibly hard working and very polite. Huge shout out to Elisavet in the lobby bar, super friendly & attentive, we loved her! Food choices are plentiful, the buffet restaurant is standard, more variety needed for fussy kids, themed nights on regularly. A La Carte's are a must - we tried all and enjoyed all. Loved the Greek restaurant for both brunch and evening meal. Pool - beautiful large pool, very overcrowded for seating. All sunbeds reserved by 7:30 am. Children's pools very small but ours enjoyed the slides. Beach - our fav place, never felt crowded, pizza oven on the beach a huge hit. We saved our crusts from the pizzas to feed the beautiful fish in the sea - great idea for when you visit. Drinks - so many options and all well made and delicious! Overall we had a lovely holiday - we tend not to visit the same place twice but wouldn't say no to going back here.

The staff are wonderful people. Cheerful, efficient, welcoming, and professional. I parent to praise the Lobby bar staff. Especially Desmond. I have traveled the world and been in a lot of bars but this lovely woman is the best I have ever seen. Unfailing cheerful and a word for everyone. Give her a raise!

Brilliant All-Inclusive Family Holiday – 5 Stars from the J-N Family! We had an absolutely fantastic stay – this was a true 5-star experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. We’re a family of five with three kids (aged 9, 7, and 4), and the room setup worked perfectly. We had one room, and the kids shared another. Both rooms were well air-conditioned (temperature was spot on) and came with a fully stocked mini-fridge – topped up daily and completely free! Water, beer, wine, soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Fanta), and even a bottle of local spirits were included. The Food: Incredible Variety & Quality The food exceeded all expectations. The main buffet restaurant offered a different themed night every evening – BBQ, Greek, Italian, and more – along with staples like pasta for pickier eaters (we’ve got one of those!). There are also several à la carte restaurants (Asian, Greek, etc.) included in the package – just download the app ahead of time and book them early. We never had a bad meal, whether at the buffet or one of the themed restaurants. For casual bites, you can grab pizza, hot dogs, gyros, and ice cream throughout the day. You’ll never go hungry here. Drinks & Entertainment: Top Tier The entertainment was a hit, especially for the kids. There was something different every night at the theatre – definitely worth checking out, even if you don’t have little ones. The bars are everywhere – poolside, in the main building, by the beach, at the theatre, and near the shops. The cocktails were genuinely amazing, with generous pours and a wide selection of both local and international spirits. Nothing watered down here – we were seriously impressed. Pools & Beach The beach is right at the back of the hotel, with plenty of activities like boat rides and float rentals. There are 3–4 pools, including a large main pool and separate kids’ pools suitable for ages 2–11. If we had to mention one downside, it’s the usual issue with sunbed reservations. People do leave towels out early despite the hotel’s rules against it, which can be frustrating. Also, while there are lifeguards, they weren’t always the most visible or proactive – something to keep in mind when watching little ones. Staff & Atmosphere The staff were consistently excellent – from the bar and restaurant teams to entertainment, housekeeping, and general service. Always polite and professional, and didn’t hesitate to stand their ground when guests were rude (which we only saw twice – guests were generally lovely and respectful). Final Verdict: 4.9/5 ⭐️ We’d give this holiday a near-perfect score. Just a minor point off for the sunbed situation and lifeguard visibility. But honestly, if we return to Greece, we’d only want to stay at a Mitsis hotel. Huge thanks to the entire Mitsis team for an unforgettable stay! One Last Note: You will put on a few pounds – the food and drink are that good! Thankfully, there’s a gym and fitness classes available if you want to balance things out. Worth attending… if only to justify that extra ice cream.

We were on holiday at Mitsis Maris in Rhodes. Even though the rooms are not big enough for a 5 start hotel, this hotel still offers a lot you’d expect from a fine all-inclusive resort – nice surroundings, clean sea and beach, great food – but what truly sets it apart is the unparalleled bar service. The bartenders here deserve a special shoutout. Ilias, Elena, Vagelis, and Efi with the other bartenders are absolute stars. From early afternoon until late at night, they serve endless lines of guests with speed, professionalism, and always a warm smile. What impressed us most is the quality of the cocktails – these are not your typical watered-down, all-inclusive drinks. Cocktails are crafted with care and tastes like something you’d expect from a proper cocktail bar in a fancy city restaurant. Despite the constant rush, Ilias, Elena, Vagelis, Efi and other bartenders maintain high standards and a positive energy that makes the bar one of the liveliest and most enjoyable places in the hotel. Kitchen stuff also deserves their kudos! If you're looking for a resort with top-quality drinks and passionate staff – Mitsis Maris is the place to be.

I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and continuous efforts in making us having a fantastic holiday. Myself and my family enjoyed every minute and would like to recommend this hotel to all that want to have lovely vacation. The sea was PERFECT! Thank you.
