Overall, a good hotel but it does have a quite a lot of negatives that stand out. For example, for people who are here all-inclusively then the buffet has very limited options. That being said they have good themed-food nights, which is different depending on the day, which is nice. However, I would say it’s not a place for picky eaters or people looking for authentic Greek food. Another positive is the fact that there are shops throughout the hotel and it is parallel with shops on the outside of the hotel as well which have souvenirs and good quality spices and oils. The cleanliness of the hotel in regards to room is quite poor, we stayed for an entire week and we didn’t have our bed sheets changed once, the floor remained unclean for two days and the room was very dusty. We also had a quite weird experience with noise disturbances in our room, we had trouble sleeping due to the noises from outside/ neighbours etc but that might just be the case from where our room was. Furthermore, the hotel is quite lacking in entertainment but there is quite a lot of things for children. I would say for more younger adults it’s quite boring. The service was good at the bar, which had a quite good range of drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. I also really enjoyed the al-carte restaurants, small menu but very nice food. So, I would recommend making reservations for those but ahead of time as they fill up quickly. The staff are very nice and friendly, always asking how you are and saying hello. I would say that this hotel is okay but does not earn 5 stars.
